The caravan consists of three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms; a shower room and separate toilet; and an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner.
It boasts central heating, double glazing, a TV and Wi-Fi, along with a large decked patio to the front and side, plus parking. There’s also an enclosed garden area to the rear.

It’s 12 miles from the beautiful market town of Morpeth, 28 miles from the vibrant City of Newcastle Upon Tyne and 8.5 miles from the stunning Northumberland coast.
Percy Wood Golf & Country Park is a quiet site, with beautiful grounds, a tennis court, laundry facilities, Reception, coffee shop, a golf course and beautiful country walks.
