Lounge with sliding patio doors, pull-down sofa bed, flame effect electric fire, wall mounted Plasma TV, TV with Freeview for back up.

Dining area with a modern glass dining table with high back, black leather chairs, cloak room.

Kitchen with range style oven with grill and 8 burner hob, curved stainless extractor fan, free standing American style fridge freezer, integrated microwave, integrated washing machine, integrated slimline dishwasher, breakfast bar with two black stools.

Master bedroom with kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobes, wall mounted TV/DVD combined, and an en suite shower room.

Second double bedroom with double bed, all rooms have Freeview TV.

Twin room with two single beds, Freeview TV.

Family bathroom housing a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, mirror and extractor fan, with a tiled floor.

This lodge also has double glazing, gas central heating, decking overlooking the fishing lake of Castle Lake, table and chairs.

We have DISABLED ACCESS.

CANCELLATION POLICY****


To book there is a £75 non-refundable deposit which secures the booking. Full balance is due twelve weeks prior to your holiday

The owners reserve the right to re-hire if full payment has not been made by the due date, and the deposit will be lost.

There is also a £75 refundable damage deposit due with the balance. WHICH IS PAID BACK INTO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS !!!!!

BOOKINGS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OF ALTERNATIVELY TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE CLAIMED !!!!!

If you cancel your holiday you will only be refunded half of what you have paid if the time period is outside of the 12 week bracket (less deposit).

No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 12 weeks of the holiday start date.
