Caravan Description
Hi, and thank you for looking at our beautiful caravan on Haggerston Castle Holiday Park.
We have been owners of a static caravan at Haggerston Castle since 2007 when we bought our first caravan here. Originally, we just used it for family getaways, and allowing Haven to let it out for us when we weren't using it. In 2017 though, we decided to take control of our own bookings and began renting it out to guests ourselves. Since then, we have built a good calendar of guests who tend to come back year after year, to holiday in our caravan.
At the end of 2020/beginning of 2021, we decided to upgrade from our previous caravan, a Swift Bordeaux 2013 model, to a brand new caravan, so our guests could enjoy the benefits of a nice new, fresh caravan, set in a peaceful and relaxing location. This new caravan was on site and made available to our guests at the start of the 2021 season.
The caravan is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, conveniently located on a nice quiet lakeside pitch, on Peninsula Lawn, offering stunning views over the main lake, with lots of wildlife to fascinate both adults and children. It's also just 2-3 minute walk from Funworks and Reception.
The caravan has a lovely modern decking area with a secure gate on the entrance, as well as double patio doors which open from the lounge area onto the front of the caravan. this provides our guests with a lovely relaxing view of the lake and the swans along with the other wildlife. The caravan has gas central heating & double glazing, a fully equipped kitchen/diner with an integrated fridge & separate freezer, Dishwasher and a lounge area with free standing sofas for added comfort.
The large lounge area has 2 sofas (one is a fold out sofa bed), gas fire and a 40” TV/ DVD player with Netflix. From here there are patio doors that lead onto a large decking area, complete with garden table and chairs, and views of the lake.
The modern fitted kitchen comes with everything you will need, including pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, toaster and kettle etc. There is also a microwave, large oven/hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and a freestanding dining table with 4 chairs
The main bedroom has a double bed, 32" TV/DVD, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a large power shower, toilet and hand basin.
