Caravan Description

welcome to our 2021 Willerby seasons at 24 Riverside, Haven Haggerston castle holiday park.

Our caravan features 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, each with wardrobe space, gas central heating and fully double glazed windows.

Bed linen will be provided for the amount of beds required for your stay.

The living area is open plan and comprises a lounge, kitchen and dining area with also a gas powered boiler.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, together with all crockery and cutlery. One tea towel, sponge, antibacterial hand wash, antibacterial bench spray and washing up liquid will be provided in the kitchen. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Within the lounge is a wall-mounted fire, 43” Amazon Fire TV with Netflix, a built-in media player to use your own USB stick, a mini Sega Mega Drive and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The shower room has a shower, toilet, wash basin and towel rail. There is also a second toilet with wash basin. One hand towel and 1 toilet roll will be provided in each of the toilets together with antibacterial hand wash.

For your safety there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

Outside we have a side decking complete with seating area, and in the summer months the sun is on the decking all day. Parking is available for two cars only.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Fun passes are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased from the main Reception.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.

The full cost of the holiday must be paid within 4 weeks of the start date. Non payment of your balance will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.

We will require an additional £50 security bond, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything is found to be in order, with no loss, damages and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

Check in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Important Note: If the caravan is not vacated by 10am this may result in the loss of your security bond as our cleaners only have a limited amount of time to clean several caravans and failure to vacate by 10am can result in the new guests not been able to check in on time.

Keys will be in a key safe attached to the caravan decking.

We ask all our guests to treat our caravan as if it were your own home and to leave it in the same condition that you found it.

Location

Haggerston castle is a 5* Haven Park about 10 miles south of Berwick Upon Tweed, with lots of activities to keep the children entertained.

On site there’s a variety of facilities that don't require a pass. However, some do incur an additional charge - these include horse riding, bikes, boating lake, crazy golf, 9 hole golf course, rope adventure course, outdoor and indoor soft play.

There are three children’s play parks on site, one at rear of the Mash & Barrel, one opposite the Spotlight Bar and one in the touring area.

The main complex boasts two indoor heated swimming pools and a live lounge for children’s and adult entertainment (passes are required for these). There’s also an amusement arcade, Mash & Barrel pub restaurant, a sports bar, Burger King, Papa John’s pizza, a fish and chip shop, Noddle bar, shop and launderette.

Berwick upon Tweed, Holy island, Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle are just a few of the surrounding attractions close by. Maps and leaflets can be found in the main Reception area.
