Caravan Description
In an ideal location for family fun or relaxing breaks and situated on Lakeside North in a quiet spot overlooking the lake, our Swift Bordeaux is only minutes away from the main complex and on site facilities.
It is a 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps up to 6 people, comprising of one double, en-suite bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
The spacious lounge/dining area includes a TV/DVD.
Within the fully equipped kitchen is a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus all cutlery etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided for your use.
Bed linen is provided during your stay but not towels.
There is a separate shower room with toilet.
Outside there is a private decking area to the front of the caravan while to the rear we have a picnic table overlooking the lake.
Bookings & Condition
Bookings accepted for 3 nights (Friday to Monday) - 4 nights (Monday to Friday) - 7 nights (Friday to Friday).
Less than six weeks away, payment is to be made in full upon booking.
More than six weeks away, a £50 deposit can secure your dates. The remaining must be settled six weeks before the holiday date.
An additional £75 damage/cleaning bond is also required, which is returnable within 7 days of departure once the caravan has been successfully checked.
We reserve the right to retain any deposits should the holiday be cancelled.
Unfortunately passes are not included in the price and must be purchased from reception.

About the Area
On Haggerston Castle Holiday Park there is always plenty to do, including live entertainment and kids' clubs and character breakfasts provided by the Funstars and Seaside Squad.Outdoors there is a treetop aerial adventure, football, tennis, archery, horse riding, segways, a nine hole golf course and much, much more, as well as children's play areas.
Food outlets in the complex include Papa John's, Burger King, a traditional fish and chip shop and the Mash and Barrel bar, which has a varied menu to suit everyone. There is also a Café located at the 9 hole golf course.
A Mini Market is also located on the site, however there are larger supermarkets close by in Berwick, some of which deliver to the caravan.
