Caravan Description

Our Deluxe, 2024 model caravan for hire at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It comprises one master bedroom with en-suite toilet and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

The caravan has a separate lounge with dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen.

The main bathroom has a shower.

Outside we have a large decking area and located close to the Haggerston Castle complex, shop and activities.

Wi-Fi is included in our hire price.

Extra items included for your convenience include a such a DVD player with DVDs, family games, a travel cot, pushchair and highchair.




Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings must be made by an adult aged 21 years or older. This person is responsible for the whole party and agrees to a maximum of 8 people staying in the caravan.

The balance of your holiday, plus a £75 refundable security deposit must be paid 28 days prior to your holiday commencing.

If payment is not received 28 days prior to the holiday, the booking will be cancelled.

If you cancel within 28 days of your holiday there will be no refund on the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. There are no exceptions to this.

We may allow a transfer of date within 4 months if we have availability.

The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of you vacating the holiday home if all criteria is met, i,e, there is no loss, damage, breakages or stains and no excessive cleaning is required.

This is strictly a non-smoking holiday home. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the caravan or on the decking. If a smell of smoke is detected upon your departure, we will retain your security deposit for deep cleaning.

We are pet friendly. However, we allow only one non-shedding dog per booking.

Bed linen is not included in our rental price, but can be hired and beds made up at a cost of £10 per room. This can be added up to 48 hours prior to the holiday starting.

There may be some flexibility on these times, please ask beforehand.

The key to the caravan is located in a key box on the decking, the code for which will be sent prior to your arrival. The key must be returned to the key box on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a charge from your security deposit for another to be cut.

We live locally and are always on hand for any maintenance issues, please do not attempt a DIY fix, you must call us immediately.

Passes for activities such as swimming are NOT included and must be purchased from Haven directly. Once we have received your balance, we log your details with Haven and they will send you an email to pre-book activities if you wish to do so.

Important: Once you have paid a deposit you are agreeing to all T&Cs set out above.
