Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom holiday caravan, perfectly positioned on a quiet and peaceful site with stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views and direct beach access. Located within easy walking distance (approximately five minutes) of local shops including a butcher, greengrocer, bakery, hairdresser, and charming curio shops, you’ll have everything you need close by. This is our very first time as holiday owners so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Accommodation Overview
The spacious living area offers two comfortable two-seater sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV with complimentary internet access, a remote-controlled fire, and ambient lighting with both standard and table lamps. The caravan benefits from full central heating, with an easy-to-use thermostat located in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size cooker (newly installed), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, a fridge freezer, and ample storage space.
Bedrooms
• Master Bedroom: Features a double bed (linen provided), two bedside units, two wardrobes, a mobile desk/make-up area with an enlarged mirror, and a second wall-mounted TV. A Hoover, clothes airer, hairdryer, and straighteners (to be used at your own risk) are also provided. This bedroom benefits from an en-suite WC with a hand basin and a large mirror.
• Second Bedroom: Offers twin beds, a children’s wardrobe, a bedside table with a lamp, and a selection of bedtime reading material. We must insist no dogs on beds or furniture.We have provided a dog bed for your dogs stay
Bathroom
The main bathroom includes a full-size shower with a fun light-up shower head (ideal for children), a new sink and bathroom unit, a mirror, and a ladder-style heated towel rail with shelf space and complimentary toiletries.
Dog-Friendly
We warmly welcome dogs but kindly request that they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. For your convenience, we provide a dog paw cleaner and towels for wet dogs. You will find these outside the caravan and the towels in the boiler cupboard.
Safety & Security
For your peace of mind, the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector. All freestanding electrical appliances undergo annual PAT testing, and we hold an up-to-date Gas Safety Certificate and Electrical Safety Certificate (displayed within the caravan).
Booking Information
• We offer 3-night stays (Friday to Monday), 4-night stays (Monday to Friday), or weekly/fortnightly bookings (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday).
• Minimum stay: 3 nights. Maximum stay: 14 nights.
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week (or part week) is required to secure a booking, deducted from the final balance.
• The balance is payable in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment (plus a refundable £200 security bond) is required at the time of booking.
• The £200 security bond will be refunded within 5 days of departure, provided no damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is required.
Please note:
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the caravan or on the decking. Evidence of smoking will result in cleaning charges and potential forfeiture of the security bond.
• Check-in is from 4:00pm, and check-out must be by 10:00am.
• The lead booker must be aged 25 or over.
• No more than four guests are permitted per booking.
• We do not accept stag or hen parties.
