Caravan Description

Our central heated and double-glazed caravan at Berwick Holiday Park also offers direct access to the beach, which is just a short walk away, as well as lovely coastal walks.

Below are details of the caravan’s Terms & Conditions:

. Spacious living room with patio doors leading onto the decking area
. Freeview TV/DVD player & Bluetooth sound bar
. Separate dining area with table & 6 chairs
. Fully equipped kitchen containing gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, cutlery & utensils
. Master bedroom with en-suite, dressing table, double wardrobe & TV.
. Two twin bedrooms with wardrobes
. Double glazing & gas central heating with radiators in every room and fire in the living room
. Monoblock parking bay at side of the caravan

*******Please note we do not provide an iron board / iron or a hairdryer********




Terms & Conditions:

Check in after 16.00pm. Late check out time of 12.00pm on the day of departure.

Haven have stipulated that all guests to their caravan site must be pre-registered prior to arrival. Once full payment has been made, I will email you a registration form to be completed and returned to me for this registration.

Please Note;
. The lead guest must be 21 or over
. Maximum occupancy is for 6 persons including children, any extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.
. Holiday park rules prevent us from taking bookings from single sex groups (this does not apply to single sex couples, who are more than welcome). Therefore, No Stag or Hen parties.
. We include duvets/pillows and bed will be made up on arrival.
. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
. No Smoking/Vaping inside the van.
. No pets.
. We ask that you kindly leave the caravan clean & tidy on departure.

Refundable Security Bond:
. £100 to be paid at the same time as the balance.
. Security bond will automatically be refunded within 5 days after your holiday provided there is no damage to the caravan/content.





Location

Berwick town itself is a ten-minute walk away. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants, along with a Tesco, Asda, Morrisons & M&S a short drive away.

Berwick Holiday Park has all the usual facilities associated with a Haven holiday park including an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, great day & evening entertainment both for children & adults, restaurant, amusements & takeaway. To gain access to these facilities you will require to purchase fun passes from reception. We do not include the cost of fun passes in our charges as some guests do not require them.
