BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• Booking Deposit
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder of the balance due by 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Please note, booking deposit is non refundable should you cancel/amend your booking within 4 weeks of your arrival date.

• Security Deposit
A £100 security deposit is required, returnable after your stay, subject to the caravan being left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages.

• Price Quotes
Price quotes are not inclusive of the £100 security deposit

• Fun/Entertainment Passes
Bookings do not include Fun Passes.

Should you wish to access the entertainment and full facilities, Fun Passes can be purchased via Haven. Once we register your stay with Haven (upon full balance paid), Haven will send you an email regarding the purchase of Fun Passes. Alternatively, these can be purchased at Reception upon arrival.
