Caravan Description
Welcome to our holiday home ‘Sunset Palace’ at Berwick Holiday Park. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but only minutes form the complex and the beach.
With double glazing and gas central heating throughout, our Carnaby Helmsley lodge, is a 39’ x 13’, 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 6 guests.
The contemporary style lounge is very spacious and has a beautiful modern fireplace with an electric fire that looks like a log burner - very cosy at night. The lounge has a 55” Smart TV with USB media player and DVD player, along with a range of DVDs that the kids will love. We also provide free unlimited Wi-Fi, as well as an Alexa for your music experiences. It is also furnished with a lovely comfy sofa, a modern matching arm chair and a grandad chair.
The patio doors in the lounge lead out onto an 8ft wraparound style veranda (with lockable gate), complete with contemporary outside furniture. We have private parking for one car, a patio area, ideal for barbeques, and a secluded grassed area which is perfect for children to play on and a large benched picnic table for outside dining.
We have a wide range of kitchen appliances, such as an air fryer, coffee machine with coffee pods, a blender for ice, a george Foreman and many more to make your holiday a better experience.
We are very child/family friendly and even provide a selection of baby equipment, such as travel cot, baby chair, toddler chair for the table, a blow up bath, changing mat and microwave steriliser.
Sorry but we DO NOT allow any pets, smoking or vaping in our caravan.
We try to keep our special place to the highest of standard for our visiting guests.

About the Area
Haven’s Berwick Holiday Park has a range entertainment. Once you purchase passes (not included in our rental fee) you can enjoy all it has to offer. Facilities include:. 2 swimming pools (inside and out)

Close by we have two beaches and the town of Berwick is within walking distance. It has 5 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the park.
We are also within walking distance of the train station, which is a main line.
We are in a perfect location to explore the Northumberland coastline and the borders of Scotland.
