Situated on Haven's excellent Berwick Holiday Park, is our Willerby Rio Premier caravan for hire. From the decking and lounge there are views along the Northumberland coast to Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.

Caravan Description
Our caravan to let on Berwick Holiday Park, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin single beds.
The caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout with a gas fire in the lounge. There’s also additional, portable oil filled radiators for those nights when it’s cool but not quite cold enough for central heating to be on all night.
Outside we have a generous side decking area (approx 12m2) with seating for 4.

Parking is available adjacent to the caravan.
Booking & Conditions
Changeover days are normally Monday/Friday.
All bookings require a £100 deposit at the time of booking .
Payment of any balance plus £100 security bond is due at least 56 days (8 weeks) before the first date booked.
If the booking is cancelled by you this will result in the following;
More than 56 days notice – loss of deposit
55 - 29 days notice – 50% of amount paid
28 or fewer days notice – 100% of amount paid
The bond will be returned within 7-10 days of you vacating the caravan, as long as everything has been left clean, undamaged and with nothing missing *** clean means clean to a reasonable standard ***. We don't expect showroom condition, you're on holiday! But if you leave soiling or a mess, expect the bond to be withheld.
Any damaged or missing items will be charged for and if in excess of the bond, will be billed separately. We also reserve the right to take whatever action is necessary to recover our costs.
The minimum age to book the caravan is 21 years.
No same sex groups (Haven rules). Does not include same sex couples.
The maximum number of guests unless previously agreed is 4.
For insurance and security reasons, the guests residing in the caravan must be the same as those named on the booking.
No pets allowed. This includes day visitors.
No smoking or vaping within the caravan or on the decking.

About the Area
Berwick Holiday Park boasts all the usual Haven on-site facilities, grocery shop, entertainment, pool, restaurant etc.The town of Berwick upon Tweed has a good range of shops, a variety of restaurants (most takeaways will deliver to the park entrance and a few have permission to deliver to caravans), cafes and coffee shops and an excellent variety of walks.
Entertainment passes* (Play Passes) are available to pre-order and details on how to obtain them will be sent direct from Haven once your visit has been registered with them. These are NOT required to visit the on-site restaurant, takeaways or arcade but are required to access entertainment and book activities such as swimming. We strongly advise booking such activities well in advance as space may be limited.

Facilities on the park include: Mini market; fish and chip takeaway; Papa John's Pizza; show bar with entertainment; restaurant; amusement arcade; launderette; indoor and outdoor swimming pools (outdoor pool summer only); archery and various kids activities.
Other facilities and places of interest nearby include the Swan Centre in Tweedmouth (2 miles) which is open all year from 7am - 10pm and has public swimming, badminton, squash and other keep fit facilities.
Magdalene Fields Golf Club and the Greens Restaurant is adjacent to the site and visitor fees range from £40 midweek to £45 weekend with twilight (after 3pm Mon - Fri) and under 18 discounts available.
We can also recommend Chain Bridge Honey Farm (6½ miles) which is open all year (10am - 5pm Easter to October) try the Café Bus which is open during the summer and the display of vintage vehicles.
Other attractions within 30 miles include the stunning Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, Lindisfarne Priory and Castle, Heatherslaw Light Railway, Alnwick Castle and gardens, Paxton House, Manderston House and Floors Castle. Not to forget Gunsgreen House at Eyemouth.
