Caravan Description

Our caravan to let on Berwick Holiday Park, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin single beds.

The caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout with a gas fire in the lounge. There’s also additional, portable oil filled radiators for those nights when it’s cool but not quite cold enough for central heating to be on all night.

Outside we have a generous side decking area (approx 12m2) with seating for 4.

Parking is available adjacent to the caravan.

Booking & Conditions

Changeover days are normally Monday/Friday.

All bookings require a £100 deposit at the time of booking .

Payment of any balance plus £100 security bond is due at least 56 days (8 weeks) before the first date booked.
If the booking is cancelled by you this will result in the following;

More than 56 days notice – loss of deposit
55 - 29 days notice – 50% of amount paid
28 or fewer days notice – 100% of amount paid

The bond will be returned within 7-10 days of you vacating the caravan, as long as everything has been left clean, undamaged and with nothing missing *** clean means clean to a reasonable standard ***. We don't expect showroom condition, you're on holiday! But if you leave soiling or a mess, expect the bond to be withheld.

Any damaged or missing items will be charged for and if in excess of the bond, will be billed separately. We also reserve the right to take whatever action is necessary to recover our costs.

The minimum age to book the caravan is 21 years.

No same sex groups (Haven rules). Does not include same sex couples.

The maximum number of guests unless previously agreed is 4.

For insurance and security reasons, the guests residing in the caravan must be the same as those named on the booking.

No pets allowed. This includes day visitors.

No smoking or vaping within the caravan or on the decking.
