Luxury front row 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private family home from home with front decking offering FREE unlimited Wi-Fi and TV'S in all the bedrooms. With front row views overlooking the 3rd hole of the Magdalene Fields golf course, as well as side sea view.

This lovely 40’ x 12’ Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan also benefits from having an en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom with a power shower.

It has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing table with hair dryer and a sitting area. The two twin bedrooms each have twin beds and plenty of storage space.

All bedding and tea towels are included free of charge. All we ask is that on the day of departure you remove all bedding and put it in the bag provided please.

The living room has a 50” TV with Freeview and DVD player with some family DVDs, along with free unlimited Wi-Fi. A PlayStation games console with some games for all the family to enjoy on a cloudy day if needed. There’s also Bluetooth sound system speakers built into the ceiling. A gas fire and large freestanding 4 and 2 seater suite complete this open plan living area, which also has double patio door leading out onto the veranda with patio furniture.

Within the dining area is a free-standing dining table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen has a gas oven, grill and hob, along with a microwave oven, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle and all kitchen utensils. It also has many extras to help with your home from home experience, including an iron and ironing board. All cleaning utensils will be supplied too.

All that we ask is that you have a lovely, relaxing experience in our holiday home.

Bookings & Conditions

To book it would be a £50 deposit and the remaining balance paid 6 weeks before you arrive. I also take a £100 Good housekeeping deposit that you get back within 7 days as long as the van is left clean and no spillages or breakages.

I am so sorry to have to say this, but our caravan is a SMOKE AND ANIMAL FREE ZONE due to serious allergies of a family member. We therefore ask that you take this serious and do not smoke or bring in animals. If found to be in breach of this, you will be asked to leave.

Our caravan is available for hire for 7 nights or longer from Saturday to Saturday, or 4 nights from Monday to Friday on request.

Please Note: passes are NOT included when you hire this caravan but can be bought from the reception desk on entry to the park or by calling the park direct. Park pass prices for 2018 are as follows:

Berwick Holiday Park is a 5* Haven Park, with lots to offer any family holiday. There is always something to do on site, from entertaining the kids at the kids’ club to eating in the restaurants.

The many facilities available on Berwick Holiday Park (most require passes*) include: a newly refurbished *Show Bar; *Briggs of Tweed restaurant; *indoor and outdoor swimming pool; *football muga pitch; *amusement arcade; launderette; bowling green; golf course; mini Mart; takeaway fish and chip shop.

Local attractions include: Magdalene 18 hole golf course; Berwick Bowling Club; night clubs, pubs and restaurants; kids’ play park.

We have 4 supermarkets in Berwick, with 2 within walking distance. The train station is a short walk from the caravan.
