Caravan Description
We have a lovely Abi Horizon Exclusive modern 3 bedroom caravan with full wrap around decking at Haven Berwick holiday park in the stunning historical town of Berwick-upon-Tweed.
This caravan is graded as a silver caravan.
The caravan is situated in a lovely area where you can see a beautiful sea side view.
The caravan is furnished with double glazing and a newly fitted gas central heating system throughout & a new modern electric fire.
* Lounge- spacious with a good size tv with a DVD player & a radio / CD player.
* Kitchen- fully equipped kitchen which has everything needed for cooking including cooker, oven, grill, toaster, kettle, microwave, all utensils, and an integrated fridge freezer.
* Master bedroom- has a double bed with full sized wardrobe.
* X2 twin bedrooms have x2 single beds in each again with plenty of storage.
* Family bathroom- has large shower cubicle with wash hand basin and toilet.
* Second bathroom - toilet and small hand basin.
*Outside space- We have a great outdoor space for sun worshippers on our wrap around decking. Plenty of chairs and a table for those relaxing days and evenings.
A great space for the kids to play.
There is also a private car port for one car (additional parking in reception area ).
*The caravan is also equipped with:
Iron and ironing board.
Hairdryer.
Baby highchair and travel cot upon request only.
A selection of dvd's.
Crayons / paper / box of toys for children.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, bottle of wine.
Washing up / cleaning products / hand towel / toilet roll.
Clean fresh bed linen.
FREE UNLIMITED Wi-Fi is included in the hire price too.
£80 damage deposit – which is returned on the day of inspection.
*Entertainment passes are 'NOT' included in price however can be purchased at reception if required! – ( entry to the arcades is free and small entertainment put on for children in the live lounge during the day is also free).
NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO PETS & NO CHARGING ANY ELECTRIC VEHICLES.
These are forbidden and found to be doing any of these, you would be asked to leave and would lose your £80 damage deposit - which is returned on the day of inspection.
