Caravan Description
Our lovely front row signature caravan for hire on Berwick Holiday Park is situated on Madeleine Fields and offers a large wraparound deck with patio furniture, from which to enjoy the beautiful sea views. Everything you need for a home from home holiday.
The lounge has freestanding, reclining sofas, Sky TV and unlimited Wi-Fi . There’s also lots of family board games and toys for younger children to enjoy.
All beds are made up for your arrival and everything you need is included, to ensure a real home from home experience. So you can relax and make wonderful family memories.
The van can only accommodate 4 people max. No Pets
We have one main bathroom with full walk in shower.
We also have a washing machine.
We do not allow pets at all due to severe family allergies.
No car/scooter charging from caravan is prohibited.
The caravan is available to hire on a Monday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis, although we can accommodate other days too where possible - just ask.
We require a security bond, which will initially be used to secure your dates. This will be refunded within 7 days of your stay as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
Please respect as you would your home.
No BBQ are allowed near van, due to recent fire on park.

Full balance due four weeks before stay. No refund if holiday cancelled within four weeks of stay.

About the Area
Haven’s Berwick Holiday Park has many facilities, as does Berwick town itself.Facilities on site include two pools, a play park, football area and lots of entertainment to suit all the family, as well as bars and restaurants.
Passes will be required to access the facilities which are not include in the caravan rental cost. These can be purchased directly from Haven. Passes are only required for activities/swimming and entry to showbar.
Next to Berwick Holiday Park is a 18 hole golf course.
The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk.
