Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home for hire on Wild Duck Caravan Park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, situated on a very large south facing corner plot.

Caravan Description
Our 6 berth caravan on Wild Duck Caravan Park is double glazed with full central heating in all rooms.
The large lounge has a comfy sofa and lounge chair, coffee table, flame affect fire and wall mounted TV, along with a selection of DVDs and games to keep the little ones entertained. French doors lead out to a large front enclosed decking with outside furniture.
The dining area has a table with high back chairs .,
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size oven, microwave, airfryer ,integrated fridge freezer, 4 slice toaster kettle and all cutlery, plates, cookware etc. A Hoover, mop and bucket, and iron and ironing board are also provided.
The large family shower room has a power shower, toilet and wash basin .
The large master double bedroom has an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The bedroom has plenty of space for travel cot (not supplied), wardrobes with vanity unit and stool, plus bedside cabinets with lights above the bed.
The two further bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Outside we have furniture, a bench and swing.
Bed linen and essential household items are supplied, but please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a £50 nonrefundable deposit on booking,
Full payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
We offer the following breaks:
Weekends - Friday to Monday
Midweek - Monday to Friday
Full weeks – from Monday or Friday
We offer easy check in and out, so no queueing for keys as there is a key safe on the door of the caravan. The code will be given the day before arrival.
Upon vacating at the end of your stay the caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all lights switched off and all rubbish removed. Door must also be locked and the keys returned to the key box .
Entertainment passes are NOT included. These are optional and can be purchased on arrival from Reception or booked directly online with Haven once your stay is registered.
Well behaved pet welcome additional cost £15 pet
