Caravan Description

Our much-loved, large and spacious 4 berth static caravan on Sundowner Caravan Park, Hemsby, is clean, tidy and well looked after. It has a large veranda and is situated on a sunny plot offering easy access to a beautiful beach and many amenities.

The large lounge area has a modern 32" TV, an electric fire and adequate seating.

There is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave etc.

The large, spacious master bedroom has a king bed, TV, plenty of storage space, wardrobes and a dressing table, along with an en suite WC. The second bedroom has twin beds and adequate storage space, including wardrobe.

Pillows and duvets are provided for 4 people. Bed linen is NOT provided. Baby travel cot available.


The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboard.

Outside on the veranda, we have a table and 4 chairs, bbq available to use, coal not provided.

Bookings & Conditions

We are flexible on dates/duration of stay - please ask.

A deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking (non-refundable if you cancel).



The full balance of your booking must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.



After full payment has been received, your initial deposit will be used as your security bond. This will be returned to you after inspection of the caravan following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean. The caravan must be left clean and tidy on your departure. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that this happens.


Our caravan is most suitable for couples and families. We will accept small well behaved dogs on request .

Any unreasonable behaviour during your stay may result in you being asked to leave the site immediately. Should this happen, no refund will be given.



Location

Locally you can find an indoor swimming pool, amusements, chip shop, diner, convenience stores, pubs and clubhouses serving food (open to non-residents).

Sundowner Holiday Park is a 15 minute walk from one of Norfolk's most beautiful sandy beaches and dunes, and just a 10 minute walk from Hemsby centre, which offers many amenities, including various eateries, amusements, gift shops, children's rides and a local pub that serves good food.

Why not take the picturesque coastal walkway to nearby Scratby and California Sands, which offer tea rooms, chip shops, Chinese takeaway, restaurants, amusements and a great pub.

A 10 minute drive or bus ride away is Caister on Sea followed by Great Yarmouth, which offers a great beach and loads of shops, including a shopping centre and retail park with many high street names. There's also the market, beachside promenade with amusements and endless food and drink establishments, as well as the Pleasure Beach fun fair, cinema and greyhound, horse and banger racing.

Also within easy reach are the beautiful Norfolk broads, wildlife gardens and Norwich city centre, which is great for shopping and entertainment. Or take the coastal route to the north for Norfolk's quaint seaside towns.
