Home from home, very modern, 6 berth caravan to hire on Sundowner Holiday Park, set in a lovely, quiet spot. It has full central heating and double glazing throughout.

Our luxury caravan for hire on Sundowner Holiday Park in Hemsby, which is just 7 miles from Great Yarmouth, is a 38’ x 12’ model with 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests comfortably.

Situated in a lovely, quiet spot on the Park, it is available to hire from 3 to 21 nights. Parking is available alongside.

Within the caravan you will find a large, comfortable lounge area, complete with a modern 47” TV, separate DVD player, gas fire, free standing tower fan, adequate seating and all the little things to make it warm and homely. We have also provided board games and DVDs to keep you entertained (suitable for 3 years +)
The dining area has a table, bench and chairs, seating 6.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.

We have a spacious family bathroom, with shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and plenty of storage.
The main bedroom boasts an en-suite, along with a king size bed, bedside tables with table lamps, USB points, a large double wardrobe with drawers, a single storage unit and plenty other storage.

Bedroom two has two single beds, overhead storage, a wardrobe, drawers and more storage above.

Duvets and pillows are supplied. Bed linen can be included if requested – please advise when booking.

An iron, ironing board and clothes horse are available for your use.

Chairs are supplied for outdoor use, along with a wind breaker.

The caravan runs on mains gas and benefits from being central heated and double glazed throughout.

A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided in the caravan for your added safety.

On arrival you will find a ‘Welcome Pack’, which includes tea, coffee, sugar and dried milk. We also provide 2 toilet rolls.



Bookings & Conditions

A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure your dates. The remainder must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £100 Security Retainer Bond will also be required, which will be refunded following your departure, after the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages have been found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Our caravan is available to families and couples only.

Any unreasonable behaviour during you stay may result in being asked to leave site immediately and no refund will be given.

Sundowner Holiday Park in Hemsby, is within easy reach of pubs, club and amusements just outside the Park gate. It’s also just 7 miles from Great Yarmouth. Hemsby village/Beach Road is close by.

. Great Yarmouth, with SeaWorld, a new leisure centre, model village, seafront amusements, donkey rides, horse and carriage rides, beautiful beach and High street with many gift shops, bars and eateries
