Chalet Description
This is a two bedroom STAND ALONE chalet which gives you all the privacy you require. It also overlooks a large grassed area so there is plenty of space outside.
The bedrooms consist of a double bed and a bunk-bed. Duvets and pillows are provided. Therefore, you will only need to bring your own covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Within the chalet is a TV with Freeview and a video recorder with various films for all the family. The kitchen is well designed and includes a full size cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator and sink unit with hot and cold water.
There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, but no bath.
Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin slot meter, so bring an adequate amount for your stay.
Plenty of parking is available close to the chalet.
Bookings & Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required for each week booked to secure your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the holiday.
The chalet sleep 4. Total numbers of adults and children must be specified at the time of booking.
The chalet is available from March to October and must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

About the Area
Sundowner Holiday Park is only a 10 minute walk from the sea. There is a clubhouse on site, which has weekend entertainment and provides excellent basket meals. There is also a launderette on site.Just outside the holiday park there are many amenities, including the Sunningdale Sports Bar, amusement arcades, general store for groceries, chip shop, and various clubs which have entertainment most evenings, depending on the time of the season.
There is a swimming pool at the Bermuda site which has a small charge, but all are welcome.
Hemsby is within walking distance either along the side roads or from the beach. There is also a land train that takes you into Hemsby’s main attraction, which is fun for everyone. In Hemsby there are plenty of things to do with the family: arcades, a mini fairground with small rides for the children, mini golf and plenty of shops to browse around. The Lacon Arms pub is situated near the beach with a fabulous pirate ship play area inside the enclosed beer garden, and a menu that caters for everyone.
If you wish not to use your car, there is a bus stop right outside the main gate with a regular bus service to Great Yarmouth and many other places. There are also local coach companies that provide a wide range of outings to various destinations.
