Ideal for one person or a couple, 'Musthave cottage ' comprises of one double bedroom; a shower room with rain shower, WC and wash basin; plus an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, complete with a TV, sofa, microwave, kettle and toaster (no cooker).
All electric is included and Wi-Fi available.
You will also have use of a large grassed garden area with a storage container for muddy boots and sandy shoes.
Access is via a gravelled path without any steep steps. Your car can be parked directly in front of the window.
Guests may have a reduction for bringing own bedding and towels.

Set in the village of Dersingham, overlooking The Wash, 'Musthave' provides the perfect spot for relaxing or touring the scenic area. It is 1.5 miles from Sandringham, 3 miles from Snettisham (known for birdwatching) and 6 miles from the coastal towns of New and Old Hunstanton, affectionately known as “Sunny Hunny” with its coloured cliffs, sand dunes, open beaches and glorious sunsets.
The area is a favourite of birdwatchers, walkers and beach lovers. HM the Kings 's Norfolk residence Sandringham House is just up the road and perfect for royal watchers, particularly during the winter months.
Trips to see the seals, a deer safari, lavender fields and working windmill are just some of the attractions within few miles, whilst a range of beautiful beaches are just waiting to be explored around the North Norfolk coast.
The village is well served with a pub, a garden centre/coffee shop, fish and chip shop, Chinese take away, Co-op store and chemist all within walking distance. A good bus service operates a few min walk from the cottage.
