Chalet Description
Blue Coat's Den is a small, one bedroom chalet on the peaceful Mundesley Holiday Village, situated on the North Norfolk coast. Recently refurbished, it has all the creature comforts of home, but scaled down.
The lounge, 11' x 8', has a sofa bed, Freeview TV/DVD, a nice log effect electric fire and double doors leading out to a small fenced and gated garden of 10' x 11'. There's also a 6' x 6' decking area, plus Astro turf and a bench seat.
In an alcove to the end of the lounge, there is a galley style kitchen with a mini fridge, small freezer, table top dishwasher built in, microwave and caravan size cooker with 4 burners, oven and grill. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is also a cosy little conservatory, 6' x 6', with a bistro set, electric coal effect stove, kettle and toaster. The conservatory is accessible from both the lounge and bedroom.
The bedroom, 8' x 8'6", has a small double bed with memory foam mattress, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. .
The bathroom, 4'6" x 6', has a small bath with overhead shower, a space saving loo with hand basin, a heated towel rail, under floor heating and cupboard housing a small washing machine. For hygiene purposes we do not supply towels.
Having just the one bedroom, Blue Coat's Den is ideally suited to a couple looking for a short, quiet break, although I have had 2 people stay there for a couple of months who have re-booked for next year. The sofa bed in the lounge would be suitable for two small children only, if required.
The chalet is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, along with a couple of fire extinguishers and a fire blanket and carries both gas and electrical safety certification.
Unlimited FREE high speed Wi-Fi is also available.
The site has 24/7 security patrol and a warden.
I offer a meet and greet service whenever possible.

Mundesley Holiday Village is a short walk from the cliffs and beautiful sandy beach. In Mundesley village itself you will find pubs, cafés, amusements, crazy golf, takeaways and the super fish and chip shop.
For grocery shopping there is a Tesco Express and a Spar.
There is also a golf course close by, which is open to non-members, as well as a pharmacy and doctor.
The chalet is well situated for exploring the lovely Norfolk countryside and is within easy driving distance of The Norfolk Broads where you can hire a day boat.
The nearest Towns are North Walsham and Cromer.
