Lodge Description

Our large, spacious, open-plan, pet friendly lodge on Manor Park Holiday Park, benefits from having mature trees in a large garden, plus a wraparound decking enabling guests to enjoy the sun in the morning and afternoon, with garden furniture provided in both areas.

The open plan living area, comprising the kitchen, dining area and lounge, is very comfortable and spacious. Within the lounge area is a large TV, gas fire and two, two-seater leather sofas. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining area has a table and six leather chairs.

Our Manor Park lodge benefits from having double glazed windows and mains gas central heating throughout.

The main super king bedroom has a dressing room and an en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The two further bedrooms each have two full size single beds, plus access to another shower room with toilet and basin.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, but NOT bed linen. All beds can be made up with linen for £45.00 extra.




Bookings & Conditions

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. In addition, a £75 breakages deposit will be required, which will be refunded within one week of departure, providing there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, or excessive cleaning needs.

We charge £30 per dog, with a maximum of 2 allowed on any booking.





Location

Parkdean Resorts’ Manor Park Holiday Park in Hunstanton, Norfolk has plenty of on-site amenities, including a clubhouse with entertainment, amusement arcade and large restaurant and bar; Indoor and outdoor swimming pools; plus a launderette.

Passes for the swimming pool/clubhouse can be purchased at Reception. These are not included in our rental price.

Hunstanton town has an amazing amount of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus a ten pin bowling alley and amusements. There’s also a beautiful, old-fashioned theatre with weekly shows. The Promenade and beach are approximately 10 minutes’ walk away.

There are many lovely walks to be had in the area, including along the promenade to Heacham and into the Old Hunstanton beach area via the lighthouse, where the beach has access to a golf club and a large restaurant with amazing views out to sea. Or walk along the cliff top, passing beautiful, landscaped gardens and a children's amusement park with a lawn bowling club.

Tesco supermarket is on the approach road opposite the Park, and is about a 5 minute drive away.
