Caravan Description
This caravan is situated on tudor top end , big grass area in front , open view as no other caravans in front of you
The caravan has just had new floorings and curtains throughout
The caravan has electric heating ,so the caravan is cozy in those cooler months as well as for those hot sunny get always
The decking is sun drenched from dawn till dusk , patio furniture provided for your enjoyment relaxing with ur favourite drink watching the world go by . Parasols provided for those that are not sun lovers but likes to sit out and watch the world go by
The lounge dinner has fitted furniture . With a door that opens onto large decking . Tv ,dvd with plenty dvds ,books , games all provided .
the kitchen is fully stocked tea ,coffee ,sugar ,sweetness , hot choc ,squash ,salt pepper ,sauces etc , cling film foil ,food bags . Plus more ,
there is a double bed with plenty of walk around space , there is a double ,plus a single wardrobe with plenty of draws to store your things .
The twin has a single wardrobe with a top shelf , cupboards above the bed to store extra things in ,
The , shower is a step in shower half bath ,with a sink , with cabinet and slide out draws to pack ur toiletries away .
There is a separate toilet room , with hand basin ,towel ,hand soap .
The caravan is dog friendly with food water bowls ,treats , dog bed and toys ,cool mat , there is a secure decking so unable to escape .
Beds can be made up on arrival for £10 per person
£50 fee to book fee non refundable
£100 damage /theft , cleanliness waver payed on final payment of holiday
I also do were u can pay so much per month ,recites given for each payment
Travel cot provided if required
Electric cars are not permitted to be charged from my electric ,if done then ur damage / cleanliness and theft waver will not be returned . And it will blow the main switch and then park maintenance has to come out re switch electric on at a cost to you .

It is very dog friendly and has been fully modernised inside, making it a homely welcoming caravan , ideal for 11 months of the yr for those much needed breaks
Manor Park is close to beaches, a fair and a Tesco supermarket, with main shops being found a short walk away in town.

Manor Park Holiday Village is a Parkdean Resort in Hunstanton, Norfolk, which offers many facilities on site, including a clubhouse and pool. Passes are available to purchase at Reception – these are not included in our hire price.Manor Park is close to beaches, a fair and a Tesco supermarket, with main shops being found a short walk away in town.the beach offers stone collecting some wonderful coloured stones have been found ,fossils on the cliff bace
Beautiful walks along the coastal paths ,or through the sandrigham estate .stopping for a coffee or hot chocolate in the shop ,take a trip to wells to do some crab netting with the children , the beach is beautiful , go further around the coast for the day ,visit the many shops ,or just stay local to hunstanton ,enjoy the open air cinemas and live music in the green or sit and watch the world go by on the promenade , the north norfolk coast has a lot to offer for everyone
