Caravan Description

The lodge is situated on top end of Tudor in a quiet area of the park, set back from the road at the front, allowing ample parking areas.

Our dog friendly Manor Park lodge has a wraparound decking with a secure gate, and is just 3 minutes back from the gate, pool and entertainment.

The lodge is open-plan with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has ample space, a king size bed and a walk-through dressing room into an en-suite .The two further bedrooms both have two single beds and all three bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart TV.

In addition to the en-suite there is an extra large family bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with an added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners, hot chocolate, squash, salt, pepper, sauces, cling film, foil and food bags, plus more.

The lodge is central heated and has extra wall-mounted electric heating too, if required, making it very cosy in those winter month. It also has its own private Wi-Fi, but as you may be aware, Hunstanton is bad all over for Wi-Fi when it's busy, so it can be a lot slower at these times.

There are ample seating areas outside on the decking, which is sun drenched from dawn 'til dusk. Patio furniture is provided for your enjoyment, enabling you to relax with your favourite drink whilst watching the world go by. Parasols are also provided for those that are not sun lovers, but still like to sit out. A patio door opens up onto a large seated area that gets the sun all day.

We have recently had new floorings, new furniture and mattresses.



Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The full balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

A £100 security deposit will also be required with the balance of your holiday, which will be refunded following your departure as long as everything is found in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

We are also able to accept payment in instalments, with receipts provided for each payment.

A travel cot can be provided if required.

The charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is strictly forbidden as it will blow the main switch. Should this occur the Park maintenance will have to attend, which you will be charged for. If this is breached, you will also lose your security deposit.

Location

Manor Park Holiday Village is a Parkdean Resort in Hunstanton, Norfolk, which offers many facilities on site, including a clubhouse and pool. Passes are available to purchase at Reception – these are not included in our hire price.

Manor Park is close to beaches, a fair and a Tesco supermarket, with main shops being found a short walk away in town. The beach offers stone collecting and some wonderful coloured stones have been found, along with fossils on the cliff face.

There are beautiful walks to be had along the coastal paths, or through the Sandringham Estate, stopping for a coffee or hot chocolate in the shop.

Take a trip to Wells to do some crab netting with the children; the beach is beautiful.

You could also go further around the coast for the day and visit the many shops, or just stay local to Hunstanton and enjoy the open air cinemas and live music on the green, or sit and watch the world go by on the promenade.

The north Norfolk coast has a lot to offer for everyone.
