Caravan Description
Our privately owned, comfortable dog/pet friendly caravan is a short walk from the entertainment facilities on the site, has double glazing and central heating and an extra electric fire in the spacious and comfortable lounge.
It has an LCD television in the lounge with DVD/CD player and Freeview.
The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobes and cupboards.
The twin room has a small wardrobe, cupboards over the beds, and space under the beds for storage.
The lounge now has freestanding furniture and does not have a pull-out sofa bed, making it a 4 berth caravan but the size of a six berth.
The kitchen is a good size and is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you will need.
It also has a full size fridge so you can pop to the local Tesco (only 5 minutes drive away) when you arrive, for your groceries.
There is a gated decking along the side of the caravan for your children's/dogs' safety.
Electric and gas is included in the prices, but please note that we are not supplying duvets and bed linen at the moment as we find that most people are preferring to bring their own.
Pillows, and wipeable protectors are supplied.
1) Please remember to bring plenty of towels to wipe down your dog(s), especially if it is bad weather
2) DOGS MUST BE FULLY HOUSE-TRAINED - Please do not book with us if they are not!
3) Please remember to bring your own duvets and bed linen in the current situation

About the Area
The Manor Park Holiday Village entrance is only a few minutes from a sandy beach, and is also within 5 minutes walk of a large supermarket, so you will have more room in your car for your luggage.Entertainment passes are available daily from Reception, so you can use the site's two swimming pools and restaurant, and enjoy the evening entertainment when available.
Hunstanton town centre and seafront is about a mile away, and there are many other seaside towns nearby such as Brancaster, Heacham, and Wells. For children there is the Sea Life Centre in Hunstanton, a super farm park in Snettisham, and of course the large indoor swimming pool at Hunstanton.
There are plenty of birdwatching sites along the coast, including Titchwell and Pensthorpe - host of television's Spring Watch.
For golfers there are two golf clubs locally and there is a good coastal walk of about 2 miles to Heacham - home of Norfolk Lavender.
