Caravan Description
This well kept, well loved, older caravan has 2 bedrooms and could comfortably sleep 6.
It is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (there is a launderette on site too). There is also a freeview TV, DVD player, hair dryer and iron.
We have also provided a selection of games, books, puzzle books etc. to help you while away your time, when you are not on the beach.
The caravan has one double bedroom with wardrobes and units, and one twin bedroom with a wardrobe and small unit.
The twin beds can be pushed together to make another double if desired, and both bedrooms have bedside lamps. There is enough room to sleep another couple of people in the front room too; you can use the seating or bring an inflatable airbed if desired.
There are enough pillows and quilts for all the beds, but you need to bring your own covers and cases. There are also some spare blankets for curling up on the sofas or extra warmth if needed.
The bathroom is fully plumbed and has a small shower. You could also access the shower block on site it you wanted a bit more room!
Due to its protected location, there is also a lovely, private outside area with patio furniture for you to enjoy the outdoors right next to the caravan.

Terms & Conditions
You must pay a £50, non refundable deposit to secure the booking, and a further £50 deposit which will be refunded, providing there is no damage to the caravan and it is left in reasonable condition. The remaining balance needs to be paid at least 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday.
We accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss whilst in our caravan.
The site does not accept all male or female parties and reserves the right to evict any people deemed to be causing a nuisance - please respect the site rules. There will be no refunds if the site does decide to intervene.

About the Area
Long Beach Caravan Site is very friendly and family orientated. There is a club that offers lots of activities if you wish to take part, plus a launderette and shop.The beach is a very short walk away and you can choose to have a quiet, secluded part of the beach, or walk a further 5 minutes to 'Hemsby Gap' which has more amenities and the main attractions like restaurants, chip shops (you must try the 'cheesy chips with bacon'!), bars, crazy golf, arcades, shops, the funfair and so on. The beach is lovely and sandy and you can sometimes see the odd seal popping up in the water to say hello!
There are many attractions locally, with Great Yarmouth only a 5 minute car journey away. Great Yarmouth has regular horse race meeting as well as banger and stock racing too. Great Yarmouth has a brilliant, traditional shopping area and there are lots of shows in the 'end of the pier' style as well as cinemas, bowling alleys, funfair, miniature village and so on. There is a selection of leaflets in the caravan so you can plan out your holiday while enjoying your complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
Not too far away are wildlife parks, vintage car museums, water gardens and much more - you may struggle to fit them all into your time!
The Norfolk Broads is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a wonderful place to explore if you are a nature lover, whether you prefer watching birds or animals, studying flora and fauna, or even taking a boat trip - inland or out to sea. Photographers and artists also love the area as there are so many beautiful sights to capture.
If you wish to extend your holiday - please do ask as there may be some flexibility on price and dates.
