Our highly upgraded, 2021 Willerby Dorchester Lodge for hire on Kelling Heath Holiday Park, is located in the woods, just a short walk from the Village amenities.

476 is truly a slice of peace, amidst the heart of the forest, yet only a stone's throw from the ample amenities at Kelling Heath, so you can partake of as much (or as little) of what is going on as you wish.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park has fabulous facilities, including a shop, restaurant, café, two swimming pools and gym area. There is a fishing lake on site too, and the historic steam railway runs beyond the heathland into Sheringham. It is a Dark Sky site and our lodge is minutes away from the best viewing spot for the night sky. Muntjac, deer, squirrels, hedgehogs and birds share the environment and can often be viewed from the terrace, garden or the windows of the Lodge.

There are walks and trails leading straight from the door and it is also perfect for cycling and visiting all the nearby treasures of the North Norfolk coast, Sheringham and Cromer being easily accessible and beautiful Holt five minutes down the road.

Enter via a secure garden up a disabled access ramp into the boot room, which leads to the open plan kitchen diner leading to the adjoining lounge area, with a new 4 seater leather settee, 2 seater leather sofa bed, all on new Solid Oak flooring.

The property has the benefit of flatscreen TV in every room, Starlink satellite broadband, mood lighting and double glazed patio doors leading to a raised timber deck, complete with a teak dining table and seating for 6.

The kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan oven, 5 burner hob, extraction fan, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and crockery for 6 people. There is a solid oak dining table and chairs with 4 place settings in the kitchen area too.

The inner hall leads to a twin bedded bedroom with 3ft beds, a flat screen TV, plenty of storage and windows over the wooded garden. The main shower room has a roomy power shower with glass screen, wash basin, vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, further overbed storage and a walk-in store room//wardrobe. It also boasts twin, full height windows overlooking the wooded gardens, along with a full en-suite bathroom comprising of bath, over bath shower, WC, vanity unit, heated towel rail and Combi boiler, guaranteeing never ending hot water

The lodge is 14.4’ wide and 42’ long, with additional boot room and external decking, giving over 800 square feet of living space.

There is also a picnic bench in the garden area so you can take in the sights and sounds of the forest.
