Having brought up 4 children ourselves, we know how expensive it can be to take them away on holidays in the main school summer holidays, so we have REDUCED our prices to £100 cheaper per break compared to Haven’s, based on a gold caravan on a Hideaway Break on all our remaining School Summer Breaks

We also include so many extras that are NOT provided by Haven, and they ARE INCLUDED in our price!

With us you know EXACTLY which caravan you will be renting. Stay in a BRAND NEW caravan and know your EXACT location on park, again at NO extra cost!

Dates can be combined to make a 7 night break, arriving on Monday or Friday with a discount of £55!




The pools are open Tuesday through Thursday and all weekend outside school holidays, and daily when schools break.

For those of you that have visited Hopton before, Haven have decided to change the garden house on site restaurant into a Wetherspoons which we had hoped would be open for guests on 1st March, unfortunately, we have now been told that work has been delayed, and it is now due to open early April.


WETHERSPOONS UPDATE
We have now been told that Haven hope to have the indoor restaurant open on the 3rd of April, but the outside decking area will not be open until later in the year. We have received this notification from Haven.

Important update - Hopton’s brand-new J D Wetherspoon pub is set to open in early April. Until then, there will be no main restaurant available, but all other on-park food and drink venues will be open to enjoy Cook’s Fish & Chips, Papa John’s and Burger King.




If you are looking for a bit of luxury on your holiday we have just upgraded to a beautiful shiny BRAND NEW ABI 2 Bed Ambleside static caravan, sited on the new development on Haven's Hopton Holiday Park.

40ft x 14ft with a huge 10ft deep wrap around decking (rare size of decking on park) complete with patio furniture, parasol and reclining chairs.

We are sited on the back row of premium caravans backing onto woodland, very quiet and still only a 12 min stroll to Hopton's beach and all amenities on park

Inside the caravan you will find a hallway with an area for your shoes and coats, this leads into the kitchen with Velux window giving a very bright and airy space. The lounge with full front sliding doors opens out onto the 10ft deep wrap around decking, the lounge has a log burner style electric fire, free standing dining table and chairs, highchair, free standing settees, one of which can be used as a sofa bed by prior request and an upholstered footstool.

In the kitchen you will find an integrated oven and separate 5 burner hob, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, integrated microwave and wicker storage baskets.

You will also find a DVD player and over 100 DVDs for all ages, books and games.

In bedroom one you will find a King size bed, TV, dressing table and stool, plenty of wardrobe space, a window seat, en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds, dressing table with stool, wardrobe and TV.

The main bathroom can be found in the hallway with a second shower, toilet and washbasin. Velux rooflight window in kitchen and main bathroom.




If you love Norfolk and want a base to explore the local beaches and attractions, or want to take the children away to a park that has so much to entertain them Hopton ticks all the boxes, it really does have something for all ages and is known as the "Garden By The Sea" with well-maintained grounds and of course direct access onto Hopton Beach which is only a 12 min stroll from the caravan.

You will find nightly entertainment in The Marina Entertainment Bar, amusement arcades, soft play area, Garden House restaurant, an indoor and covered outdoor swimming pool,

You will also find in the entertainment complex Cook's Fish & Chips, Papa John’s and Burger King.

At the entrance to the park, you will find burger bars, amusements, fish & chips and a chinese takeaway which will also deliver direct to the caravan.

There are two pubs within walking distance, we can highly recommend The White Hart on Warren Road as you approach Hopton.

Activities on park include two swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor covered pool) , crazy golf, go karts, pitch & putt, dodgeball, archery coaching, bike hire ,bug hunt, climbing wall, sand bottle creations, slime creations, fire lighting techniques, football dartboard challenge, football fun - tots, football fun factory, Haven’s bug hotels, inflatable arena, junior and adult segways, magical makers, balloon modelling, mini ariel adventure, Nerf Training Camp, pebble art, plant pot art, ranger tots, target shooting , wild wizards, survival bracelets, park passes are required to book activities and swimming slots. Passes can be bought from Haven when you have booked with us, all activities have age restrictions and need to be booked in advance including the swimming pools.

The main entertainment complex, swimming pools and direct beach access can all be reached within a 12 minute stroll.

You will find private parking for up to 2 cars next to the caravan.

Our home is very spacious and has lots of extras to help you have a lovely holiday and help with the packing, including free unlimited Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, sugar, washing up items, bin bags, tea towels, towels (please bring your own towels for the beach & pool), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, full size airer, bath mats, anti-slip mat for in the shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, use of a travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the cot), highchair, bed guard etc, all of our beds are made up on arrival and all have mattress and pillow protectors, mattress encasements and duvets and pillows are changed regularly.




Bookings & Conditions

This is a strictly NO SMOKING caravan.

All of our prices include beds made up ready for your arrival, we are very lucky to have a wonderful cleaner who will ensure this is done for you. Check in is 3pm, but if the van is ready earlier, we will of course text you on the day.

Park passes ARE NOT included in the price. These are required to watch the entertainment, swim and access all activities on park.

If you decide not to purchase passes you can still gain access to the arcades, restaurants and takeaways.

As soon as we receive your booking and the damage deposit has been paid, we will register your booking with Haven, who will email you a link to buy the passes direct from them. Activities can then be booked 12 weeks before your arrival and swimming slots can be booked 4 weeks before your arrival.

We charge a £100 booking/damage deposit which is in excess of the cost of your break. When you contact us, we will email you further information and dates are secured when we have received all the information we have requested together with your booking/damage deposit. After your full payment is received (6 weeks prior to your start date) the initial deposit will be held as your booking/damage deposit and refunded within 7 days of your break ending, subject to there being no damage to the van, the keys are returned to the key safe, bins are emptied and all doors and windows are left secure on day of departure.

We ask that you leave the van in a tidy, clean condition, any extra cleaning that is required upon your departure will be deducted from the damage deposit.

To book please email me the dates you would like, and I will email you further information together with our full terms & conditions. I will hold your dates for 24 hours once all of your booking information has been provided and your booking/damage deposit has been received your dates will then be secured. We charge a £100 damage deposit.
