Caravan Description

Mum’s Retreat caravan hire: Beautiful Swift Moselle, double glazed and gas central heated caravan, situated on Hopton Holiday Village in Great Yarmouth.

Available for hire from March until the end of October.


The caravan sleeps up to 8 people using 3 bedrooms, plus the double pull-out bed in the lounge.

Our plot is in a quieter area, yet within walking distance of the amenities and just a couple of hundred metres away from the beach. It has front and side decking, along with parking alongside.

The lounge area has comfortable sofas (where you will find the pull-out bed) and soft furnishings, along with an electric fire, cupboards containing a few books, puzzles and games, a wall-mounted 40" Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Bluetooth sound speaker and doors leading onto the decking. Free WiFi is also available.

The kitchen/dining area has a modern feel with lots of worktop space, an integrated fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and slow cooker. You will also find a full range of plates, cups, cutlery (including plastic for the little ones) cooking utensils and a set of saucepans and frying pans. The dining table is freestanding with 4 chairs (extra chairs available).

The master bedroom has a double bed, lighting either side of the bed, a good amount of storage space, i.e. wardrobes and drawers, plus a nice vanity area with a stool. There is also a smart TV in here, hairdryer and straighteners. The master also has an en-suite with toilet and basin.

The two twin bedrooms each have 2 single beds, wardrobe/cupboard space and heating.

The bathroom is equipped with a double walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

Our caravan is heated throughout and controlled by the boiler, which is located in the cupboard by the fridge freezer.

It also benefits from having front decking with gates, which is fully lockable to keep the munchkins safe. There is a bistro set on the decking for your use.

For your arrival you will find:
- toilet roll
- washing up liquid
- hand soap
- tea, coffee, sugar and sweeteners
- condiments

Beds will be made up for your arrival.

Bookings & Conditions

Check In/Out: You can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival. You will need to vacate the caravan by 10am on day of departure, but please feel free to use the park after checkout.

Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden in the caravan and on the decking.

A £125 deposit is required to secure your dates upon booking. This is then used as a damage deposit and will be returned after departure upon inspection of the caravan. Any items damaged or missing will be charged for.

Please note: This is not included in the holiday cost.

The full holiday cost is due 8 weeks before your start date. If you book less than 8 weeks before the start date, the full cost is required plus the damage deposit.

Cancellation charges of £125 apply once your booking has been accepted.

This is our home from home, please treat it with respect and care and please leave it as it was found.
