Our caravan for hire on Hopton Holiday Village, is situated on the woodland side of park in a sunny spot, in front of the children's play park in a quiet cul-de-sac on Birkdale

**Guests cannot bring dogs and you are not allowed to smoke inside caravan**.
It is an open planned, 3 bedrooms with large master bedroom with large dressing table and en-suite and two twin bedrooms with wardrobes and cupboards above beds suitable for up to 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have TVs and build in DVD Players.
The caravan is on a premium plot, which is part of the golf village, with a front veranda where you can sit and watch your children play in the park. It is on a large plot with lots of green area to the side and back, also with it's own private tarmac parking bay next to the caravan.
The caravan is situated a 5 minute walk to the complex by walking through Mentmore/Troon which has a footpath directly to complex. The beach is a further 2 minutes from the complex which allows steps or you can use the slope access.
The caravan is a 3 minute walk to the golf course which makes it central for everything and it's an ideal location for all types of facilities looking for a luxury break in a sunny location and quiet spot with it's own private garden with no one walking through. The caravan overlooks a small play park which is on a circle of 15 caravans.
The caravan has 2 decking areas one with veranda on front and a side veranda with another table and chairs on patio area.
You will not be required to change gas bottles over as the caravan is on main gas supply.
The caravan has a 40" flat screen with DVD player and built in sound system with cable television.
The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa with 2 foot chairs and another 2 seater sofa. The kitchen has 4 chairs with table with build in fridge and freezer. In the kitchen you have plenty of cupboards space with gas cooker.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet and master bedroom has an en-suite. The caravan is spacious and light.

About the Area
Hopton Holiday Village has all the Haven facilitates with entertainment for children daily and family entertainment every evening. On site there is a pitch and putt, tennis courts, crazy golf, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, archery, football, fencing and various water activities for children.The park has a launderette and Spar shop with arcades and burger vans, plus various take away places to eat.
It has a lovely beach with two access points with a slope and steps.
The park is very close to Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, both being a 15 minute drive. A theme park (Pleasure Wood Hills) is at Lowestoft, which is a short drive with lots of other attractions in Norfolk and Suffolk to enjoy.
