Our static caravan has double glazing and central heating, and outside a large decking area with table chairs, plus a hardstanding for the car.
Within the caravan there are 2 bedrooms; 1 with double bed and en-suite, and another with 2 single beds and a TV.
There is a toilet and shower room with large shower bath.
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, with the addition of a washing machine.
In the lounge there is a gas fire, 32 inch TV/DVD player, and a settee that pulls out into double bed if required. There is also room for a lilo type bed if needed, but this is not provided.

A cleaner is provided at the end of the stay therefore we kindly ask you to arrive for a 4pm check-in and vacate by 11am on your day of departure.
The caravan is located in a cul-de-sac with just two other caravans (owners next door and used frequently).

About the Area
Green Farm Caravan Park is a top, private site. In the area you will find a shop, chip shop, launderette, café, bakery, Chinese takeaway, a 5 star restaurant within a few yards, and the beach which is just 150 yards away, plus miles of gorgeous sandy beaches to visit.The Broads are within few miles of site plus lots of first class pub restaurants in the local villages and on the Broads - details provided in the caravan.
The area is ideal for a golf trip (4 players), a day at Yarmouth races or the dogs.
There's aslo plenty of theme parks and attractions for the kids close by.
Use of the neighbouring campsites is available for a small fee, which usually offer top entertainment in the season.
