Chalet Description

‘Mells Shells’ is our stunning, modern, family-friendly holiday chalet on Florida Park in Hemsby. It is in immaculate condition with excellent facilities and it is only a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Great Yarmouth and its attractions is only a 15 minute drive or short bus ride away (available from Hemsby centre).

We're also close to the heart of the ‘Broads’ and a scenic car ride away from beautiful North Norfolk and various market towns, as well as National Trust sites and beaches. Hemsby sea front is packed with amusements, bars and food. There’s just so much to do and see!

On Florida Park itself is a child friendly clubhouse.

THE CHALET
Mells Shells is fully furnished and offers two bedrooms. There’s a double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with an additional single bed in the second bedroom. There is also a double inflatable bed if required. Bedding is provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINEN AND TOWELS as these are not provided.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with modern lighting and includes your every day appliances. We will also provide bin bags, Fairy liquid, cloths and sponges. Tea & coffee is also provided on arrival.

Within the lounge is a TV.

In the bathroom you’ll find an electric shower with seating (removable) along with a wash basin and toilet.

Outside we have a table and seating, along with a parasol. There’s also a storage box for the table, chairs and cleaning products. A washing line and pegs are provided.

Provided for your convenience is an iron and ironing board, a compact Hoover, hair dryer & two fans (in bedroom cupboard)

You will find clear safety signage in the chalet, along with a smoke alarm, First Aid kit (under sink) Fire extinguisher & fire blanket on wall above the sink).

The chalet is not wheelchair accessible.

PAT testing has been carried out is current.

Electricity coin meter. Only £5-£6 per week. ( Requires £1 coins only )

FREE PARKING is available close by.

RULES

. No smoking inside the chalet (permitted on the front veranda outside only

BOOKINGS
Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 11am

I will be taking WEEKLY Bookings or 3 days minimum. If you require a different amount of days, please don’t hesitate to ask.

A £50 deposit will be required to secure your date. Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Checks will be made after departure for any damages, which may occur a charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 2 weeks before your start date will be refunded fully, minus your £50 deposit.

There is a guest access key safe at the chalet. The combination will be provided before your arrival.

LOCATION
Florida Park is situated in Hemsby and is ideal for your next holiday in Norfolk. There is a clubhouse on site, with entertainment such as karaoke and bands. You may also use other sites nearby for swimming pools, bars, golf, karaoke and bingo (may be a small charge for the pool).

There are amusements, bars, food places and a lovely beach just a 10 minute straight walk down the road from the Park.

Great Yarmouth is a bus ride away, only 7 miles down the road. There are many other lovely villages close by too.
