Caravan Description

Hi, we are Colin and Maz and have been letting our caravan here at California Cliffs Holiday Park for 9 years.

We would like to welcome you to our newly upgraded caravan ready for the 2025/2026

Our holiday home for hire at California Cliffs Holiday Park, has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, all with 24" tv/dvd player, a central heating radiator, plus a small electric heater for localised heating.

The caravan will comfortably sleep 6 but can accommodate 8 by using the comfy pull-out bed in the lounge, we do have a newly laid patio with garden furniture, along with a private parking bay

We do supply duvets and pillows, and prefer guests to supply their own bed linen. However, we can supply linen at £6 per person. We do not provide towels.


The lounge is spacious yet cosy, and includes fixed, wraparound seating, an electric fire, 43" Smart TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, including a full size cooker, kettle, coffee machine (a few complimentary pods supplied), toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave etc. There is also an undercounter fridge with small freezer.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area, again with fixed, wraparound seating, along with stools and freestanding table. A high chair and a pop-up baby bath to be used in shower, can be supplied if requested if it makes life a little easier.

Off the kitchen, the hallway leads to the three bedrooms; a shower room with wash basin, WC and heated towel rail; plus a second separate toilet with hand basin and radiator.

We do have FREE Wi-Fi in the caravan tool

Extra Bits - there are a few indoor games and DVDs for those wet days, along with a CD player and small Bluetooth speaker. We also provide an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, Hoover, cleaning materials, brushes etc.

Wi-Fi, gas and electric is all included in our rental price.

Bookings & Conditions


PLEASE NOTE: It has been brought to our attention that a few guests who chose to bring their own bed linen have not done so, and use duvets, mattress protectors and pillows without linen, resulting in stained bedding. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. A charge will now be taken from your security bond for any stained or damaged linen. Could parents also please refrain from allowing children having cans of pop etc., in the bedrooms. So, could we please remind guests to BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND WATERPROOF INFANT PADS if you choose not to hire linen - thank you.

We take ONLY full week bookings during peak periods, from Saturday to Saturday. Please enquire for 3 or 4 night breaks out of peak times. Minimum 3 nights only.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is all thats required to secure your dates.
We strongly recommend early booking or re booking to avoid disappointment, and get previous year discount.

Full holiday payment must be received within 6 weeks of your holiday start date.

Payment plans can be arranged.

Please state number of guests and ages of under 18s on enquiry.

A £75 security deposit is also required on top of holiday price. This is refunded within 14 days of your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred during your stay.

We guarantee a full refund if the holiday park has to close for any reason, or we are unable to secure your holiday. However, if you make the decision to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we will refund up to the 6 week dead line, less your £50 deposit.

Entertainment passes are required for the swimming pool, show bar, The Boathouse restaurant and bar, plus amusement arcade can still be accessed, These are not included in the caravan hire price, but can be purchased from Reception. Prices vary due to time of year but I believe are £21 per stay, per person (subject to change). Unfortunately, we have no control over passes.


Location

Facilities on California Cliffs Holiday Resort include: indoor/outdoor pool with water slide; outdoor kids’ play area and fenced ball area; convenience store selling groceries, fresh produce and gifts; launderette; mini golf; kids’ go kart track and bike hire; The Boathouse bar and restaurant; Clifftops entertainment show bar; fish and chip shop;


Venturing off site, the Park is within walking distance of plenty of facilities and things to do, including: an amusement arcade; Chinese takeaway; snack bar that sells the usual snacks and burgers etc.

There is a bus stop right outside park entrance, which will take you into the seaside town of Great Yarmouth where there is something for everyone, including a racecourse, golf course, car racing stadium and not forgetting the Norfolk Broads, plus lots more.

Also local to the Park there are fish and chip shops, a bakery, tearooms, gift shops, grocery shops and pubs that serve great food and offer live entertainment.

Next door there is California Sands, a short walk via boundary path, which offer their own club, pub, amusement arcade, swimming pool, shops and diner. These are all open to the public and you do not need passes. However, there is a small charge for the pool etc.

Let’s not forget Hemsby, or the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. It is quite a steep incline down to the beach, so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
