Our privately owned and spacious, 8 berth caravan for hire on California Cliffs Holiday Park, is fully central heated and double glazed, so ideal whatever the weather.

Caravan Description
Our California Cliffs caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps eight guests. It has one double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite toilet; two twin bedded rooms, each with a wardrobe; and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.
The open plan living area comprises the lounge, dining area and kitchen, within which you will find everything you could need for a comfortable, self-catering stay, including a TV and all kitchen necessities, such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer, air fryer and egg cooker, along with all crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The family bathroom has a large shower, hand basin and toilet.
Outside we have a decking area to the side and front of the caravan, complete with outdoor furniture. There is also private parking for one vehicle.
For those rainy days we have provided some indoor games.
Bed is linen supplied, but we do not provide towels.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Full payment must be received 3 weeks before your holiday start date.
A £150 security deposit will also be required in addition to the holiday price, which will be refunded within 14 days of your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred during your stay and the caravan has been left clean and tidy, without the need for an excessive clean.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The charging of electric vehicle is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the California Cliffs Holiday Park as it does not have the infrastructure or capacity required to do this safely. Local charging facilities are available at Hurst Farm.
The use of electric scooters is also prohibited.
Park rules apply for all bookings.

About the Area
Parkdean Resorts’ California Cliffs Holiday Park is located just outside Great Yarmouth. It offers many facilities on-site, including The Boathouse restaurant bar which also has an arcade, two pool tables and a dart board.The main show bar is where the evening entertainment takes place (some activities take place during the day for the children). It also has its own bar and you can order food from your table using an app.
There are two swimming pools on site - a heated indoor pool and outdoor pool (with a water slide depending on the weather and time of year). There’s also a seating area and a few loungers.
Also on the complex is a convenience store, laundrette, fish and chip shop, hire shop, crazy golf, coin operated go karts, a ball park and play area.
Please Note: Passes are required for use of the swimming pools, main showbar and any activities booked on site. These are not included in our hire price, but can be purchased at Reception. Passes may also be used at Summerfields Holiday Park.
Just outside California Cliffs’ main gate is transport to Hemsby and Great Yarmouth. There’s also a Chinese takeaway and Cecilia’s takeaway.
The beach is a five minute walk from our caravan with stunning cliff top views and a slope leading to the beach, passing a fresh bakery, convenience store, off licence, fish and chip shop and tearoom.
Close by you’ll find White’s cocktail bar and restaurant; a Post Office store; garden centre; Cali Tavern public house with beer garden serving food and real ales and weekend entertainment; Angelo's Café; a convenience store and fish and chip shop.
