Chalet Description
Our holiday chalet is semi-detached and sited in quiet area with a grass to frontage and ample hardstanding parking within 10m of the chalet door.
The property is tastefully decorated with modern furniture to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
It comprises:
. Large lounge area with Wi-Fi and 55" TV including Brit Box, if you want home comforts
. 3 bedrooms - 2 double beds, 2 single beds, with a TV in each room
. Kitchen fitted oven, hob, fridge, Microwave, plus Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Air Fryer .
. Fully Tiled Bathroom with bath and electric shower above
. Double Glazing and electric heating, with free electric included
There is a seating area on the green in front of the chalet, which is south facing to make the most of the sun all day long, from a spectacular sunrise to an awesome sunset.

California Sands is an ideal base for a sandy beach holiday, enjoy local coastal walks or cycling, or boating on the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
California Sands has a swimming pool (entry with fee paid to pool - opening times vary), with numerous bars, restaurants, eateries and amusements within walking distance. Entertainment varies throughout season - more info is available in the Chalet Pack provided. *Oasis Showbar Pass now included in price.*
There’s also two launderettes on Green Farm and California Sands if required.
There are dog friendly beaches at Scratby and California, only a 10 minute walk away.
This is a great location to visit Norfolk's resorts or National Park the Norfolk Broads, as well as interesting villages for wildlife, boating, shopping or just people watching with coffee or ice cream.
