Chalet Description

Our holiday home is situated on California Sands Holiday Park with the on-site facilities close by and the sandy beach a short walk away. California Sands Holiday Park nestles between the villages of California and Scratby. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to nature this is also the place for you.

The Park is a mere 4 miles from the resort of Great Yarmouth with its vast array of facilities including shopping centres, variety of eateries, pier with shows, amusements & funfair and varied nightlife. There are a variety of local car boots. Our welcome pack includes a list of at least ten low cost or free attractions to visit locally.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and sits in lawn surroundings and can sleep up to 5 people plus travel cot. Coin operated electric supply.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with 36 inch colour flat screen television with Freeview box. There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with triple bunk beds (double/single). The bathroom contains a toilet, wash basin and shower. The kitchen has an electric fan oven & hob, washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer and microwave and all that is required for family self-catering. The Chalet is equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher & fire blanket. On site facilities include the membership to the OASIS clubhouse that hosts live shows and children are welcomed in the large, friendly and lively environment. Also we have a Swimming Pool Pass

Bookings & Conditions

Rules of the site stipulate no single sex parties. Only couples and families.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your holiday booking. This amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance which is required at least 6 weeks before your holiday commencement.

In addition, a £50 refundable security/damage Bond is required, which will be returned within 10 days of your departure but may be used against any breakages, loss of keys or damage if necessary (prices are based on up to five people sharing.)
