We have a lovely holiday chalet to let on California Sands Estate, situated in a quiet area and just a 10 minute walk from the beach.
This two bedroom holiday chalet at California Sands Estate, is just four miles from Great Yarmouth, and situated on a quiet area of the chalet park.
Within the chalet you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom with electric shower.
Sleeping 7 guests, the first bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has a triple bed. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot is also available on request.
Bedding and bed linen is provided, with all beds made up ready for your arrival.
A Welcome Pack (including milk) will be provided.
Complimentary toiletries and toilet rolls will be provided too, along with tea towels and cleaning materials.
We also off FREE Wi-Fi and FREE entry to the swimming pool and gym.

About the Area
California Sands Estate is approximately 4 miles from Great Yarmouth, with a regular bus service available from the stop directly opposite the park entrance.On California Sands you’ll find a well-stocked store, fish and chip shop, games arcade and clubhouse with day time and evening activities. There’s also a park area for children.
The Norfolk Broads are within a 15 minute drive, with the nearest broad being at Potter Heigham, where day boats may be hired.
There are some lovely places worth a visit locally, with Cromer, Sheringham etc. easily accessible along the cost to the north and Southwold etc., to the south. There’s also plenty of accessible beaches.
A large colony of seals can usually be seen at Horsey (approximately 30 minutes’ drive). There are several bird reserves along the coast too.
This part of Norfolk is very diverse in available activities, from stately homes to the pleasure beach at Great Yarmouth and all within an easy drive from our chalet.
