We have a lovely , pet friendly holiday home to let on Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park, nicely situated down a quiet cul-de-sac in Paston.

Caravan Description
We have a lovely , pet friendly holiday home to let on Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park, nicely situated down a quiet cul-de-sac in Paston.
For hire during the school 6 week summer holidays only.
This two bedroom, Gold grade, Westwood Lodge on Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park, sleeps 4 people. It offers a king size bedroom with TV/DVD, a hairdryer and shower en-suite, along with a twin-bedded room with Smart TV/DVD.
The main bathroom boasts a full-size bath with shower over and a glass screen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a washer dryer and dishwasher. Also in the kitchen is a full size fridge freezer, oven, 5 burner hob, built-in microwave combi, an air fryer and slow cooker. There’s also a breakfast bar and table with 4 chairs.
Within the lounge is a Smart TV, DVD player and FREE Wi-Fi.
Outside we have a wraparound decking and garden furniture, plus private parking.
Bedding is included.
Please note that the listed prices are for the accommodation only. Passes are not included, but can be purchased via a link once booked with owner. These are required for swimming, evening entertainment and bookable activities.
No passes are needed for the shop, arcade, Mash n Barrel bar restaurant, Papa johns, the outside seating area and big play park, with open air screen/entertainment area, outdoor bar and sweet treats.
Passes can be purchased via a link from Havens once full payment for holiday has been received.
Bookings
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
A £100 refundable security deposit will also be required for all breaks. This will be refunded after 5 days following your departure, once the lodge has been checked and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
Please Note: we only let the caravan during the school 6 week summer holidays.
