Caravan Description

Our double glazed, central heated, pet friendly caravan at Broadland Sands, offers a modern, open plan and fully equipped country style kitchen. It has a full-size built-in double oven, 5 ring hob with extractor over, a built-in microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine and dining area with table and seating. All the kitchen equipment you may need is provided, including an air fryer and slow cooker. Tea towels are also supplied.

The lounge has a large Smart TV, DVD player and Freeview, along with a built-in DAB radio with Bluetooth. There’s also an electric fire, double sofa bed and patio doors leading out to the decking which offers a stunning, full sea view and comes complete with outdoor patio furniture.

FREE Wi-Fi is included.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed; Smart TV; dressing table with mirror and stool; plenty of storage; and an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom has twin single beds, storage and a Smart TV.

All bedding is provided, so you will just need to bring your own towels.

The family shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Our holiday home is cleaned to a high standard and is real a home away from home

Prices quoted are for 3 and 4 night stays but all variations welcome with a minimum of a 2 night stay.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. The full balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £200 refundable security deposit will also be required for all breaks. This will be refunded following your departure, once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Maximum of 2 dogs at £35 per holiday.

The rental price does not include entertainment passes. These can be purchased from reception on arrival if required.

Location

Broadland Sands Holiday Park is situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk border. It does not have direct access to the beach, but there is a cliff top walk into both Hopton and Corton, which takes around half an hour, or a five minute car trip.

Broadlands Sands offers an indoor swimming pool, arcade, kids’ club with activities, and clubhouse with bingo and live entertainment, as well as food and a bar.

Outside there is a children’s playpark.

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is a 5 minute drive away and there is also the Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth. Africa Alive Zoo is a 30 minute drive away.

We are within easy reach of Gorleston, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth with a regular bus service stopping outside the Park.

Broadland Sands Holiday Park is in a perfect location for exploring the Norfolk Broads, with Oulton Broad only 30 minutes away.
