Situated on Newport Road in Hemsby, 7 miles north of Great Yarmouth and just a few miles from the stunning Broads National Park, is our self-catering holiday chalet on the traditional chalet park of Bermuda, which is popular with families.
ABOUT THE CHALET
Our modern, south facing chalet has been fully refurbished and sleeps up to 6 people plus an infant in a travel cot. PLEASE NOTE that for the 2019 season our maximum occupancy will increase to 4 adults and 2 children plus an infant.
This 2 storey chalet has a lounge, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you should need to enjoy your holiday.
The bright and modern lounge comes with a wall-mounted 32” TV with built in Freeview, an Xbox 360 console, comfortable modern seating, plus a dining table and chairs.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, to include a built-in electric oven and hob, full size fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils, crockery, pots and pans etc. There is also a breakfast bar to give you additional dining seating.
The master bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, drawers, built-in wardrobe, an electric heater and a hairdryer.
The twin bedroom has two beds which are full length and so suitable for adults if necessary. There’s also a bedside table with lamp, a large built-in wardrobe and electric heater.
The third bedroom is a small bunk room, consisting of child’s size bunk beds, a small chest of drawers with a lamp and an electric heater. These beds are only suitable of 2 children up to the age of around 12 years of age.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin and electric shower over a full-size bath, along with a broom cupboard where you will find an iron and ironing board as well as a selection of travel toiletries.
Having ourselves, very young children in our family we understand the importance of making the chalet as child friendly as possible, so we have fitted stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs which can be fastened out of the way when not in use.
We can also supply you with a travel cot, a bed guard and a highchair should you need to use them. They are free to use, but need to be requested on the booking form.
We also have a small amount of children’s plastic cups, plates and cutlery in the kitchen to make life easier, as well as a collection of outdoor toys and board games.
All bedding, linen, mattress and pillow protectors are included in the rental price and beds will be freshly made up for your arrival. We only ask that you supply your own bedding for using on the travel cot, along with your own towels as these are not provided.
Electricity is extra. You will need to credit it using pre-payment cards that are available via the on site shop. You will find the meter in the twin bedroom wardrobe.
On arrival, you will also be greeted with a small welcome pack, which will include items to make tea and coffee, washing up essentials including a tea towel, plus an information folder full of ideas and helpful information to make planning your holiday easier.
BOOKINGS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that our chalet is strictly non-smoking and the park does not allow pets of any kind.
We do not accept bookings of all male or all female groups, or where all occupants are under the age of 25 years without prior arrangement.
Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is by 11am. (on occasions it may be possible to arrange a slightly earlier check-in)
The prices shown in our ‘Price & Availability’ table above, is for up to 4 adults and 2 children, plus an infant.

A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
The remaining balance, plus a refundable damage deposit of £75, will be required 28 days before your arrival date. This is payable via bank transfer only.
