Sleeping 2, our Atlas Capricorn, 32x12 holiday caravan is available for holiday hire on Azure Seas Holiday Village in Lowestoft, Suffolk. It offers a decking area overlooking the sea and free Wi-Fi.

We offer you an exclusive holiday home experience; perfect for your luxury escape by the sea. Nestled atop the cliff side overlooking the sea and with picture-perfect sandy views, you can have the best of both worlds as our lovely holiday home is also surrounded by tranquil woodland, making Azure Seas the ideal choice for your well earned private retreat.

Situated in the quiet village of Corton, just two miles north of Lowestoft on the Suffolk coast, your spacious and beautiful holiday home is a privately owned 'Atlas Capricorn' 34 x 12ft caravan we purchased brand new 5 years ago and is still in pristine condition.

Although there are two bedrooms we let and price for just two persons to give you plenty of space and the peace, quiet and tranquillity the discerning professional couple need to unwind and de-stress from the pressures of modern day living.


Our comfortable, double glazed and fully central heated, luxury holiday caravan is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. It comprises:

Lounge

Fully carpeted, it includes a TV/DVD player, satellite Freeview box and radio/CD player; comfortable 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee (these are proper settees with detachable seat and back cushions - not the typical bench type seating you find in most caravans); an electric fire with warm glow feature and panoramic windows overlooking the sea.

Kitchen/Dining Room

Fully equipped, the kitchen has enough utensils, crockery etc., for you and any guests you may invite for the day. There’s also a microwave; full size, four ring, separate grill and oven powered by bottled gas; dining table and four chairs; full size fridge and separate freezer; plenty of cupboard and storage space; a good size sink with hot and cold water.

Double Bedroom

The master, double bedroom has a full size double bed with king size duvet, good size wardrobe with shelving, bedside cabinets and overhead storage units. There’s also a small vanity shelf with mirror, a hairdryer and digital alarm clock.

Second Bedroom

This room is ideal to use for storing your luggage and other baggage we always take on holiday and never use, which always seems to take up lots of space !!!

Shower Room

The shower room has a good size shower cubicle, wash basin set in a vanity unit (hot and cold water) with more storage space and a fully flushing normal size toilet.

Outside

The decking area overlooks the sea, so you can sit with a cuppa whilst watching the sun rise in the east, then sip your wine whilst gazing at some amazing and beautiful skies as the sun sets in the west. Watching the moon shimmering on the sea at night is spectacular. There is also parking space for one car next to the caravan.

Glazing, Heating & Hot Water

All windows have double glazing and the caravan has full gas central heating, with a radiator found in the lounge/diner, shower room, double bedroom and 2nd (storage) bedroom. The combination boiler gives you hot water whenever you need it, day or night.

Additional Information

Free Wi-Fi is available at the caravan for your use.

Gas and electricity is included in your rental cost.

Bed linen will be provided for your double bed, along with a king size duvet. However, we do ask that you bring your own towels and tea towels please.

To confirm your booking we request a £100 deposit. The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

We ask that you include an extra £100 with your final balance, to act as a holding deposit against any breakage, damage or unreasonable cleaning when you leave. Your holding deposit will be returned on departure by cheque as long as everything is in order.

Location

The secluded and select Azure Seas Holiday Village is semi-residential and does not allow single parties or groups under 25 years of age. There is no disco, bingo hall, club house, swimming pool or other amenities.

If you are looking for a family holiday home, Azure Seas is not for you, but if you just want peace and tranquillity and to get away from it all, you will find no better place than Azure Seas and no better holiday home, as we believe we have the best scenic plot on the site. A short five minute walk though the woodland of the site will give you access to the beach .

Nearby there’s a good Chinese takeaway and a family pub serving good food in the village. There’s a Tesco and Aldi just a two minute drive from Azure Seas.

What to do locally:

. 2 miles away is the centre of Lowestoft. From the caravan you can walk along the beach to the most Easterly point in Great Britain at Ness Point
. 4 miles to Oulton Broad, the gateway from Suffolk to the Norfolk Broads
. 8 miles will take you to Great Yarmouth - quintessentially the British seaside
. 30 miles to the historic city of Norwich
. 45 miles will take you to Ipswich
. Don't miss a day out at Southwold - just a 30 minute drive

Bird watchers will love the two amazing places close by: Strumshaw Fen just before you get to Norwich; and Minsmere, half way between Lowestoft and Ipswich.
