We recommend to all our guests to take out Holiday Insurance Including Cancellation Cover.

We created our New Holiday Payment Guarantee to offer our guests the confidence and peace of mind that after they have paid their holiday balance their holiday payment will be 100% guaranteed if in the unlikely event their airline cancels their flight to Menorca due to Iran’s fuel undersupply. The airline is legally obliged to offer their customers a full refund or an alternative flight.

Travel expert Simon Calder in a recent interview on Good Morning Britain on April 22nd (available to view on You Tube) advised that airlines are legally obligated to offer their customers an alternative flight to their holiday destination and fully recommended that they take this option rather than accepting a refund.

If an airline forfeits its legal obligation to offer their customers an alternative flight to Menorca for their holiday dates, subsequently deeming that they are unable to travel to Menorca for their holiday, we will under these exceptional circumstances as a gesture of goodwill offer all our guests the option of transferring their full holiday payments towards an alternative holiday in season 2027.

Dos Palmeras Villa is truly a sun seekers paradise, this beautiful private unique country villa is south facing and enjoys the warm Mediterranean sunshine all day long, set in an enviable location in the heart of a nature reserve surrounded by rolling hills, spectacular lakes and glorious mountain views, yet only 5 mins drive from the beautiful fishing village of Es Grau with its wonderful beach, tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket & souvenir Shops.

The medieval town of Mahon is the islands capital, with its wealth of designer shops and spectacular harbour is only 7 minutes drive from the villa.

Dos Palmeras Villa sleeps 6 guests and a cot very comfortably indeed and is very popular with families and couples who return year after year to enjoy a wonderful relaxing, stress free and peaceful holiday, the delightful large swimming pool, sun terraces, beautiful gardens with tropical plants, BBQ and spectacular country views create a wonderful environment to enjoy a very special family holiday. Sit back, relax and enjoy your breakfast with your family in the warm Mediterranean sunshine on the lovely alfresco dining terrace overlooking the delightful swimming pool and stunning country views beyond.

Dos Palmeras Villa is a hidden gem and is beautifully furnished to a very high standard, embracing character & charm. The enchanting circular turret houses the delightful lounge area with comfortable sofas has a spectacular vaulted beamed ceiling.

The superb designer country kitchen has been beautifully designed to create the most amazing space, with dramatic beams, Menorquin stone walls, rustic floor tiles and specially designed lighting creating a wonderful atmosphere, its large hand crafted wooden dining table with wicker chairs and comfortable sofa makes this the perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy the wonderful country and mountain views through the four large patio doors overlooking the swimming pool and mountains beyond.

The beautiful master bedroom ensuite has a wonderful designer 4 poster bed and enjoys spectacular country & mountain views from its French doors and balconette, with two lovely white bathrobes, large white towels, hotel slippers & toiletries to make our guests feel very special indeed.

The delightful twin bedroom with two single beds (sleeping two guests) & the lovely third bedroom with brand new very strong & comfortable adult size bunk beds with safety rails (sleeping two guests) also enjoy French doors with balconette and spectacular country & mountain views.

Dos Palmeras Villa has been beautifully architecturally designed so that everyone of its French or Patio doors welcomes as much natural light as possible making the entire villa very uplifting, light and fresh.

The Quaint Fishing Village of Es Grau with its Beautiful Beach, Pretty Harbour, Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes & Supermarket is only a 5 minutes drive from the villa.

The Spectacular Beach of Es Grau with its turquoise crystal clear blue sea & warm sand gently shelves into the sea making it very safe and enjoyable for children and adults of all ages.

The beautiful rustic beach bar is a wonderful place to sit back & relax under the shade of the palms and olive trees with your toes upon the warm sand whilst enjoying a leisurely snack, meal or simply your favourite ice cold drink whilst over looking the Mediterranean sea (It truly is Bliss ).

The wonderful capital of Mahon is only 7 minutes drive from the villa.

This gorgeous medieval town with its amazing architecture and history is truly very special indeed and defiantly worth a visit.

There is a wealth of beautiful designer shops and wonderful cafes, tapas bars and restaurants to watch the world go by and enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The spectacular Port and Harbour of Mahon is incredible with its wealth of multi million pound boats and super yachts for which are truly breath-taking. HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY

To book your holiday is nice and easy

Upon receipt of your email confirming you wish to book your chosen holiday dates we will send your Booking Form to complete and return via email.

HOLIDAY DEPOSIT PAYMENT

We kindly ask all our guests for a 25% Holiday Deposit Payment to secure their holiday booking.

Upon receipt of your Booking Form and Holiday Deposit Payment we will send your Confirmation & Guest Welcome Package which includes lots more lovely information about your villa and is wonderful location.

WHEN IS YOUR HOLIDAY BALANCE PAYMENT DUE

We kindly ask all our guests 8 weeks prior to their holiday arrival to pay their remaining 75% Holiday Balance Payment.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

We offer our guests the option of paying for their holidays via:

Credit Card or Debit Card Payment Via PayPal (T&Cs Apply)

International Payment (for our overseas guests)

RETURNABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT

All quality villa owners respectfully ask their guests for a £200. Security Deposit Payment.

This payment covers any accidental damage that may occur during our guests holiday or additional cleaning time if regrettably our guests do not leave the villa in a clean and tidy manner.

WHEN IS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT DUE

We respectfully require our guests Returnable Security Deposit Payment along with your holiday balance 8 weeks prior to their holiday arrival.

WHEN WILL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BE RETURNED TO YOU

All Security Deposit Payments are returned within 2 working days after our guests holiday departure

NO SMOKING

To ensure our villa remains lovely and fresh for all our families throughout the season we do not allow smoking inside the villa

Ashtrays are provided outside upon the terrace if required.

NO PETS

We are unable to accept pets entering the villa or its grounds to ensure our guests with allergies enjoy a happy healthy holiday

Most villa owners/managers add their additional service fees on top of their villa weekly price at inflated prices and say they are free of charge or included in the price of your holiday

We believe this is very wrong indeed as guests are unknowingly paying for services they may not require or wish to use..

We have always believed it is better to offer our guests the choice of booking an additional service that they may require to enhance their holiday experience only if they wish to do so..

We do appriciate that some of our guests may have an early flight arrival to Menorca, We always try to accommodate our guests earlier (if possible) and if the previous guests leave very early in the morning, as soon as the villa has been beautifully prepared for you we will contact you to let you know.

CHECK OUT TIME 10 AM

We do appriciate that some of our guests may have a late departure flight home, We always try to accommodate our guests longer at the villa (if possible) if the next guests arrive on a later flight.
