Beautifully renovated Casa available for short & long term rent (6-8 months max, over winter/spring) on the Costa del Sol’s best campsite. It’s set in a lovely pine-wooded area & only a 5 minute walk from beautiful Blue Flag beaches, protected sand dunes & gorgeous little port with bars & restaurants.

Situated on Plot M225 on Camping Cabopino, the Casa offers double glazing, central heating and air conditioning and comprises a full size and fully equipped kitchen; an indoor dining area; one shower room and an en-suite toilet; 2 bedrooms (with built-in wardrobes and drawers in both), along with a large sofa bed in the lounge.

Outside we have a large decking area with sun loungers, deck chairs, a large sheltered table & chairs and a BBQ. There is also a parking space.

Facilities within the caravan include a 42" 4K Smart TV with Netflix; English TV; private Wi-Fi; air-con; a washing machine; cooker with extractor fan; microwave; iron and ironing board; fridge freezer; PlayStation 3 with games; DVD Player with DVDs; books and board/card games; stereo with speakers in every room; ceiling fan in the lounge and portable fans in the bedrooms.

Plenty of bedding, bath and beach towels are also provided.

Prices start at £225 per week off peak (discounts for long term rentals!)

Bookings:

A deposit of £150 is required upon booking. This is to secure your booking and to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay. As well as this, 20% of your full holiday cost is also due when you book, with the remaining 80% being owed up to 3 months before your stay.

Either myself or an associate will be on site ready to greet you with the keys, show you around and to answer any questions you may have.

A reading of the electricity meter will be taken prior to your arrival and upon your departure. This cost can either be taken from your deposit or can be paid in cash at reception before you leave the site. There is also a cleaning surcharge due upon booking.

Any deposit money due back to you after your stay will be refunded to you within a week of your departure.

Price is based on 4 people staying. Extra people are charged at £60pppn or £80pppn, depending on the season.

Payments can be made via PayPal if preferred.

Please advise me of numbers of adults and children within your party, during your enquiry.

No same sex parties, under the age of 30 please.

1 week minimum stay during peak times. Short stays potentially available off peak.

Location

Camping Cabopino is located in Marbella on the Costa del Sol and is just 10-15 minutes from the old town of Marbella, 15 minutes from the lively town of Fuengirola and 35 minutes from Malaga airport. Around 25 minutes away are the coastal holiday towns of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is also only around an hour from Gibraltar.

The campsite offers tons of on-site facilities for adults and kids, including: bar/restaurant; shop; two lovely large pools – one with solar heating and a retractable roof for the winter; kids’ clubs and kids’ indoor and outdoor play area; zip wire and tree top walk; petanque; large outdoor gym; sauna; football pitch and volleyball court.

Within a 5 minute walk there is a beautiful Blue Flag beach with protected sand dunes and a mountainous backdrop, along with a lovely port. There are several water sports available at the beach, along with numerous bars and wonderful restaurants on the beach and by the port.

Camping Cabopino is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course and in the local area there are loads of other bars, shops and supermarkets. Within a 15 - 30 minute drive there are water parks, crazy golf, a biopark, cable cars, white washed Spanish towns, a cinema, canyoning and many other attractions.
