Caravan Description
We have a two bedroom static holiday home to let on Camping Cabopino Park in Marbella, which has a large secluded outdoor decking area.
The property has two double bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and sleeps 4 comfortably. There is also a single fold down bed in the lounge.
The lounge area comprises of two arm chairs, a two seater sofa, TV and DVD with some English satellite channels - please bring DVDs as Spain has lost all UK Freeview channels. There's also a table and chairs to seat four people.
The bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, storage unit and toilet.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and all utensils, plus and iron. Tea towels are also provided, along with hand and bath towels.
All plug sockets are Spanish so anything brought from home will need European adapters.
Heating is available for cooler months and air conditioning for the warmer ones.
Bookings

Strictly no smoking is allowed inside our holiday home.
A household deposit of £100 is required along with the final payment to cover any accidental damage and your electricity costs, any monies due back will be refunded to within 7 days of your departure.
Our home can be booked for 7, 10, 11 or 14 nights. If you wish to book for longer periods just ask - discounted rates may apply.
Shorter bookings of 4/5 days will be considered, dependent upon availability and will be charged at £50 per night.
We will be as flexible as possible with dates and times for booking in as we understand that cheaper flights can be obtained on different days.
There is a non-refundable housekeeping deposit of 40 euros payable to our agents on arrival.
When making enquiries about availability, could you please advise of the number and ages of your party to ensure correct prices are given - the site require payments for more than 2 adults or 3 children - this is out of our control.
