Double glazed, pet friendly caravan for holiday hire on Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells, Skegness.

If staying 3 or more nights there will be a welcome pack waiting for you on arrival which includes Coffee, tea, sugar, milk a pack of biscuits a bottle of pop and sweets for the kids.

My lovely, spacious holiday caravan for hire at Waterside Leisure Park has three bedrooms, one double and two twin, and sleeps 8 guests. I provide quilts, pillows and all bedding, but you must provide your own towels.

The caravan is double glazed, with electric panel heating and a gas fire in the lounge.

Also in the lounge is a Freeview TV and DVD player, along with a Play Station 4 with a few games provided, although you can also bring your own.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for your perfect self-catering holiday.

The caravan benefits from having two toilets; a good size shower room with toilet, shower and wash basin, and the separate toilet with hand basin.

I provide and iron and ironing board, along with tea towels and cleaning sprays etc.






Bookings & Conditions

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date - a text message will be sent as a reminder.

The initial deposit will then act as your security bond, which will be refunded within 48 hours of the caravan being cleaned and checked for any loss, breakages and/or damage, or the need for an excessive clean.

If your booking is made within 6 weeks of your start date, the full cost will be payable upon booking, plus the £75 security bond.

No smoking inside the caravan. Outside only.

Location

Waterside Leisure Park is ideally located on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells, Skegness. It’s just a short 5 minute walk from the beach, which can be accessed directly from the site.

On Waterside Leisure Park is a family bar called ‘Rhinos’ which offers family entertainment and bingo. There are fishing lakes on site too, that are available for anglers to fish for a small charge. At the end of the Park you can find a boating lake and a slide, along with a walk-through tunnel to Trunch Lane, Chapel St Leonard.

There are shops, show bars and amusements just a 5 minute walk from Waterside Leisure Park, and there is a family bar and restaurant called ‘Woody’s’ just across from the entrance of the Park. There’s also a shop and bakery just a minute’s walk away.

Animal Farm is about a 2 minute walk from the site, which is excellent fun for children.
A welcome pack will be provided for you eg: tea ,coffee, sugar, milk and the is always something for the children.
