Our caravan is situated on the quiet family site of Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, near Skegness.

Caravan Description
We have a luxury 6 berth Willerby Granada, 2 bedroom caravan on Waterside Caravan Park.
The lounge consists of a large comfortable seating area with fireplace, stereo and flat screen Digital TV .
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a full size cooker, full fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster available.
The dining area has a pine table and plenty of seating allowing you to eat in comfort.
The main bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe and dressing table, with overhead storage and storage facilities under the bed. There is also access to the fully fitted bathroom via a second door .
The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet.
The caravan is equipped to a high standard and we have installed a fully enclosed balcony for your safety and peace of mind, with outside seating for all ages to enjoy.
Bookings and Conditions
To secure your booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required per week, which must be paid within 7 days. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday with an additional £50 bond which will be returned once the cleaner verifies the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to notify the owner of any breakages/damage found on the day of arrival to avoid loss of the security bond.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on the family site of Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, near Skegness.On site there are fishing ponds (day tickets required), a small tavern with entertainment for all and access from the site to further fishing lakes, amusements and cafe that then leads to the beach (5 minute walk) and Chapel St Leonards bargain stores.
It is close to all amenities, with Fantasy Island and the famous Eastgate Market within walking distance.
Buses run every 10 minutes in high season from outside the site, passing Fantasy Island and Butlins, into Skegness with all its attractions including the Embassy Theatre, which provides entertaining shows for all ages.
