Caravan Description

‘Mollie’s Den’ is a homely, 6 berth, 2 bedroom, pet friendly caravan for hire on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park, set in the heart of Ingoldmells, on Anchor Lane.

Mollie’s Den at Waterside Leisure Park offers all the comforts of home including double glazing and gas central heating, and is ideal for your next Ingoldmells holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a kettle, 4 slice toaster, microwave and an air fryer, along with a full size fridge freezer. All crockery & cutlery is provided, as well as saucepans and ovenware. Also included is a built in ironing board and an iron. There is also a vacuum cleaner, dustpan & brush and various cleaning products should you need them. For your safety and well being there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, smoke alarm , carbon monoxide detector, and a fully stocked First Aid Kit. There is also direct gated access to the beach onsite, accessible by using the key fob.

There is also a dining area with over table lighting, and large lounge, complete with a very comfortable 5 seater sofa and an armchair and a beautiful fire place with an electric flame effect fire. The sofa converts in to a double bed if required. Also in the lounge is 40" Smart TV with Freeview and a guest account for Netflix, there is also a DVD player and a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. FREE unlimited Wi-Fi is also included.

The family bathroom has a large sit down shower, wash basin and toilet but you will need to bring your own towels, toiletries etc.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with sockets each side of the bed and reading lamps. There is plenty of wardrobe space and an En-suite with toilet and wash basin. There is also a hairdryer. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside sockets. Bedding is provided for all beds which will made up with freshly laundered linen ready for your arrival. There is also a travel cot provided If required.

****PLEASE NOTE**** If you intend to use the sofa bed then please bring your own bedding for this.

Outside is lockable gated, L shaped decking, with an extended patio area with seating for alfresco dining on those warm summer nights. There’s also hard standing parking space directly outside the caravan.

Well trained, well behaved dogs are welcome in our holiday home, all we ask is that they are not allowed to sit or sleep on furniture or beds and are cleaned outside if they get wet or dirty. Please try not to place their food and water bowls in carpeted areas or leave them alone in the caravan for long periods of time. Please note there is an extra charge of £20 per pet per stay.

*****PLEASE NOTE**** Unfortunately we don't allow cats in our holiday home.

Please ask about short breaks and we can try and accommodate you with the dates you require. If you don't see the dates you require the please don't hesitate to ask.

An £85 Security bond/deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates. This is not part of the cost of your stay but is returnable within 7 Days after checkout providing that the caravan is all good after check out ,inspection, and cleaning, with no reported damage. It is not returnable if you cancel your stay or if there is any damage to the property. The full holiday cost is due 6 weeks prior to check in. Please make sure that you are contactable at this time, if we can't contact you, then you risk losing your deposit and dates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

The full cost of the reservation is chargeable if holiday is cancelled within 60 days of check in date. (See UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES below)
In the event of a no-show guests will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
The deposit is due at time of booking and becomes the security bond after check in and is refundable within 7 days after check out, following a post check out inspection and the property has been signed off as “Left as Found” with no damage or missing items reported.
******PLEASE NOTE******
If the deposit / bond has not been received by your check in date you will not be given the keys and won’t be able to access the property.

GRACE PERIOD
Any cancellations made within a 24-hour period after booking can be cancelled free of charge and deposit will be refunded free of charge. The deposit is non-refundable if a stay is cancelled after the 24-hour grace period has lapsed.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If a booking needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances within the 60-day period before check in, we will do our upmost to re-sell the booked dates.
If we do sell the dates, then we will refund the original booking with whatever amount we receive for the re sold dates up to the amount originally paid. Please be aware that we may not be able to re-sell the dates at the original cost.
Please be aware that we may not be able to re-sell all the original booked dates. If this is the case, then only a partial refund will be given. If we cannot sell the cancelled dates, then no refund will be given.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
Guests are required to report any damage to us immediately and any costs involved will be deducted from the security bond at source. If damages exceed the bond amount then the shortfall must be paid by the guest. The cost of any missing items will also be deducted from the security bond.


PETS
We do allow small and medium sized dog breeds in our caravan. Up to a maximum of TWO
For insurance purposes you must tell us if you are bringing dogs and also inform us how many and breed. If you do not do this neither you nor us are covered by the insurance policy should there be any mishaps involving your pet. If you are found to have dogs in the property and have not informed us then all guests will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be issued. This also applies if more than two pets are found to be at the property. Please note that cats are not permitted under any circumstances.
****THERE IS A PET CHARGE OF £20 FOR ONE PET & £30 FOR TWO******
GUEST DETAILS
As a condition of booking and for insurance purposes we will require the names and ages of all people staying at the property via email. Please make sure that you don’t exceed the maximum number of people that the caravan is designed to accommodate. For example a maximum of 6 people in a 6 berth caravan. 8 people in an 8 berth caravan. This is a condition of our property insurance which will be deemed void if over occupancy is proven during any claim. It is the responsibility of the lead booker to ensure that this does not happen. If the property is found to be accommodating more than the allowed occupancy then ALL guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

BOND DEDUCTIONS
As well as damage there will be costs incurred for the following:-
Lost electric top up card £35.00
Keys not returned or lost £30.00
Lost security fob £40.00

INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLANS
Monthly payment plans are available upon request and are interest free.
Agreed payment plans must be adhered to and paid on the agreed dates over the period of the plan.
Monthly payment dates are chosen by the booker and agreed by us.
Payment plans must be settled 6 weeks prior to the check in date
You must let us know as soon as possible if a payment is likely to be missed or not made on time.
Any missed payments will be spread across the rest of your plan term, please be aware that this will increase your remaining payments. We will send you a new plan for revised monthly amount.
If holidays are cancelled during the payment plan term then we will try our best to re-sell the booked dates.
If booked dates are re-sold we will refund any payments made.
If cancelled dates are not resold no refund will be issued.

We strongly advise that holiday insurance is in place to cover any eventualities regarding cancellations or damages.
