Our beautiful caravan at Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, is in a PRIME LOCATION in a very quiet area, situated on the beautiful lake on Waterside, and would suit those wishing to have a quiet break with lovely walks close by.

Our caravan has a full wraparound decking area, which faces onto the lake where there are swans, ducks, geese, etc. and lovely for watching the sun setting! There is a lockable gate too, so it’s secure for any dogs or kids!

The beach is just a four minute walk away from our doorstep!

Bookings & Conditions

We do allow well-behaved dogs, but throws must be put on any furniture, including outside please.

All bedding is provided, but towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring with you.

Strictly NO smoking.

Passes are NOT included and must be purchased direct from Haven.

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 10am.

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will also be used as your security deposit, which be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided the caravan is left in a clean and undamaged condition.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If full payment is not received, the deposit will NOT be returned and the holiday will be re-let.

A booking form and our T&Cs will be sent to you. This must be completed and returned to us.

We do try to accommodate however many nights you want, but please enquire for availability and prices. If you would like a certain number of nights, such as 7 or 10 etc. just ask.

The park also offers direct beach access, which is just a couple of minutes’ walk from our caravan.

There are some lovely pubs just outside the Park and within walking distance. If you decide to have a night in there are many takeaways that deliver straight to the caravan, you can also get shopping delivered to save you a trip!

There are lots of beautiful villages and country parks close to the Park too.

Cleethorpes is a lovely, busy little resort that has lots to see and do, with some lovely places to eat out too. It has also received the Blue Flag award for its beaches.
