Caravan Description

Welcome to our home from home holiday caravan on Haven’s Thorpe Park Holiday Park in Cleethorpes.

Our lovely Willerby Salsa Eco caravan on Thorpe Park, is a modern, 3 bedroom model with enclosed, south facing decking complete with seating.

With doubled glazed windows throughout the caravan, it is also well equipped for all your holiday needs, allowing you to enjoy your stay from the minute you arrive.

We are situated on Willow Park, which is a short walk from all amenities and the beautiful sandy beach.

The caravan has one double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables and eco blow air heating, along with two twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, a table between the beds an and eco blow air heating

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail/radiator and plenty of shelving.

The caravan also benefits from having a second toilet with hand basin.

The large open lounge has ample seating (with pull-out double bed), gas fire, 32” Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player with DVDs, a PlayStation 3 console with games, and family games and activities for you and your family to enjoy.

We also provide Wi-Fi at no extra cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and cooker.

The dining area offers plenty of seating and a table.

Provided for your convenience is an iron/ironing board, hoover, high chair, hairdryer and hair straighteners.

Outside the caravan is a large shed for you to access a variety of toys to keep the kiddies entertained, such as scooters, bikes, bats/balls and plenty more.

Bookings & Conditions

All gas and electric is included in the rental price.

All double/single duvets and pillows are provided, along with bed linen, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

Long term lets are available.

Strictly NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

A £50 deposit will be required to secure the caravan for your preferred holiday dates. This will be returned to you after the key is returned following your stay and the caravan has been inspected and found to be free of any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

The full balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Payment method is by BACS transfer.

All dates on the ‘Price & Availability’ tab are from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. However, we also take bookings for full week holidays from Friday to Friday – please contact for details.

Check in time is 4pm (unless arranged and agreed otherwise).
Check out time is by 10am.

Entertainment passes to the complex are NOT included in our price and we are unable to provide them. They can however, be purchased directly through Haven.

Location

Thorpe Park is a Haven holiday park in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire. On site there’s many activities and facilities, including:

Thorpe Park has recently had a massive renovation to make it an even more amazing place, including a new adventure village, an outdoor cinema, ‘how high can you jump’, new crazy golf etc.

It’s also just recently renovated the now amazing show bar, which is called the Marina Bar.

2 minutes off site is a gorgeous sandy beach, where you can take the opportunity to go crabbing.

About a 15 to 20 minute walk off site, you will find bowling and a massive indoor play centre for children called Magical Castle. Normally around June to October there’s a fair too. Also close by is a little retail park with McDonald’s/KFC and a nice family pub called The Signal Box Inn, where the kids can have a ride on the coast light railway train.

A little further down the kids can enjoy a little swim (free at Cleethorpes outdoor paddling pool), and enjoy the boating lake where they can feed the ducks. Rowing/peddle boat are available to hire here too.

The Trawlerman, Grosvenor Pear Tree pubs are nice places to eat out.

Just a 10 minute drive (or open top bus (subject to dates)) takes you into Cleethorpes centre with shops, arcades and restaurants. There’s also the main swimming centre. Walking along the promenade you will find Ross Castle and Cleethorpes pier, where you will find the famous ‘Papas’ chip shop. You can always visit Cleethorpes discovery centre too or have a lovely walk round the country park.

The last weekend of June on the waterfront, Cleethorpes stages parades, live music by military bands, remembrance ceremonies, fireworks, air displays and markets to celebrate Armed Forces Day.

At the boundary between Grimsby and Cleethorpes there’s the Wheelsby Woods and while you are close to Grimsby, not far from there is the Waltham Windmill.

A one hour drive away is Fantasy Island theme park.
