Caravan Description

Our holiday home for let on Thorpe Park Holiday Park, is ideally located in a nice quiet area of the Park, yet just a 5 minute walk from the main complex and activities, and a 10 minute walk from the beach.

It is double glazed throughout and fully furnished with everything you need to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

Our holiday home provides a double bedroom with triple fitted wardrobe, two twin bedrooms with wardrobes and a pull-out double bed in the lounge area. We also provided a small travel cot (bedding not provided)

All bedrooms have built-in blow heaters for those colder nights.

Mains operated fans are provided in the lounge and bedrooms for warmer weather

Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas oven/hob, an under counter fridge with freezer box, a microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, air fryer and toastie maker, along with all pots/pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The caravan also benefits from having two bathrooms. Bathroom one has shower, WC, wash basin and storage shelves for toiletries, while bathroom two has a WC and hand basin.

A storage cupboard can be found beside the main door, which provides hanging space for coats and space for shoes.

Within the spacious lounge there is ample seating, a large coffee table, a gas fire, 43" Smart TV with Netflix for our guests’ use, a DVD player, Bluetooth radio and speakers, along with Wi-Fi. A selection of board games, DVDs and books are provided for your entertainment.

The dining area has a table and ample seating.

Outside there is a large decking area with enough seating for 8 people, so you can enjoy the sunshine with your family/friends. The decking gate is lockable to ensure the safety of young children. It also has screening for added privacy.

Parking for two cars is available to the side and front of our holiday home.

Gas, electric and bedding are all included (exc cot bedding), with beds made up ready for your arrival.

One high chair and one bed guard are also provided.

Bookings & Conditions

We DO NOT allow same sex groups.

NO smoking or vaping allowed.

We DO permit one medium or two small, well-behaved dogs.

Lead guest must be over the age of 21.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates.

A £100 refundable security bond is also required. The security bond will be returned within 48 hours of your departure, once our cleaner has been in and all checks have been made successfully with no loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

BACS transfer is our preferred method of payments. Payments plans are accepted, but full balance for your stay must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Play passes are NOT included as these can only be purchased through Haven. Play passes can be purchased up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, once registered as a guest. Registration will take place as soon as the full balance has been received.

We accept 3, 4, 7 and 14 night stays: 3 nights from Friday to Monday; 4 nights from Monday to Friday; 7 & 14 nights from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.

We DO NOT let from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival time is 3pm. Departure time is by 10am.

Discount applied on bookings of 7 days or more (exc summer holidays and must be consecutive days)
