Terms & Conditions

Caravan Hire – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

• A non‑refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates.
• The full balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

• The caravan is 6 berth, and this should not at any time be exceeded. Please advise if the pull-out bed is needed, in order that bedding can be left for this.

2. Refundable Security Bond

• A £75 refundable bond is required and must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.
• The bond will be refunded in full provided that:
• The caravan is left clean and tidy.
• No damage, breakages, or missing items are found.
• Check‑out is completed by 10:00am promptly on the day of departure.
• Deductions may be made for additional cleaning, damages, or late check‑out.


3. No Smoking Policy

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan at all times.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, and cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly.
• Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the caravan will result in loss of the security bond and may incur additional cleaning charges.


4. Pets

• Pets are not permitted on any of the beds.
• Lounge furniture must be covered before allowing pets onto sofas or seating areas.
• Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets may result in deductions from the security bond.

5. Check‑In and Check‑Out

• Check‑in: From 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
• Check‑out: By 10:00am on the day of departure.
• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available by prior arrangement only.

6. Fun Passes

• Fun passes are not included in the caravan hire price.
• Passes can be purchased directly from Haven if required.

7. General Conditions

• The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party.
• The caravan must be used for holiday purposes only and not for business or permanent residence.
• The owner reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if terms are breached or if behaviour is deemed unreasonable or damaging.
