Caravan Description

38’x12’ Moselle caravan for hire on Thorpe Park Holiday Centre in Cleethorpes, with beautiful seaviews, parking, enclosed decking and much more.

The caravan benefits from having double glazing, central heating and is sited on best street in Park. It’s a nice, quiet street with space between the caravans, so ideal for kids to play out. The only people going down the street are those staying in the caravans, so no passing traffic.

Provided in the caravan is a 42” TV with a DFS audio corner sofa bed. Dvd player, wii with lots of games. A ridiculous amount of dvds for both adults and children. Board games for the family. A portable bbq (must not be lit on the decking) outdoor seating and table with a storage bench for those buckets and spades. Free highchair, travel cot and baby chair for the shower. Tv's in both the twin bedrooms. Gusto machine, slow cooker.

Bed linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired at a cost of £30. This includes much more than basic bedding - it's an essential starter box and more:

. Welcome starter box to enjoy on arrival, which will include a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar, snacks, biscuits, Gusto pods, mini hand sanitiser, face masks and lollies for the younger kids. Although each box is made up to suit each family the value of the contents are the same.

Thorpe Park Holiday Centre passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased directly from Reception on arrival.

Contract workers are welcome in my caravan.

No smoking inside the caravan

Over 21's only

Only crate trained pets are allowed - no pet should be left unattended at any time. If you wish to bring a pet, a £50 charge will be payable to cover deep clean charges inside and out.

PAYMENT

At the time of booking, the guest must pay either a deposit or the full balance as follows:

More than 28 days to arrival - £100 deposit amount
28 days or less - full balance
All balances should be settled 28days before arrival.

CANCELLATION TERMS
If a booking is cancelled the following will charges will apply:

If Guest cancels booking
More than 42 days - only £100 deposit - anything paid greater than the deposit is refunded.
29 to 42 days - 50% of the full holiday price
8 to 28 days - 75% of the full holiday price
7 days or less - 100% of the full holiday price

If Owner cancels booking
ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE REFUNDED, INCLUDING DEPOSITS.

Cancellation due to Government Covid-19 lockdown
100% credit note will be offered to transfer to any date or any year. No monies lost for a credit note.
If guests wish to cancel and not take a credit note, £100 deposit will be charged. Anything greater than the deposit will be refunded.

Just outside Thorpe Park Holiday Centre is a zoo and around the corner is a 24hr Tesco. You can order your shopping to my caravan in advance from tesco.

Cleethorpes town and the sea front is a 30 minute walk away, or 5 minutes by car. Here you will find all the usual facilities, including a cinema and bowling complex; sound park; boating lake; donkeys; arcades; a leisure centre; kids’ gym; and eateries such as an all you can eat Chinese/Indian, Taco Bell, McDonald's and Subway.

There’s also a showground that often has events and funfairs throughout the year.
